All governments are artificial persons constructed by mankind to serve a purpose.
The purpose of American governments is to serve and protect the People.
This is what the People’s constitutions declare as law of the land.
ALL artificial persons are constructed from concepts in mankind's mind as a collective.
All governments are words on paper expressing the Peoples intent.
Paper and words are animated by mere men.

Paper and words can not walk, talk or punch any one in the nose.
Thus, governments are not and and never could be corrupt.
HOWEVER, any one of mankind can be corrupt and disguise their corruption under the mantel of government.
Proof of fact is the current operations ‘styled’ as government’s.
No problem is solvable until the root cause is identified and defined.
By calling ‘governments corrupt’ a confusion overlays the root cause of corruption.
Thus, the real problem, corrupted individuals, skate down the path to Rule Over We the People with no push back.
Until the “People” pull their heads out of their tail pipes and begin to apply common sense and logic in the search for root causes the corruption gets a free pass.
The fact is the current laws on the books contain all the mechanisms necessary to hold any public servant to fully accout.
Simply read the penal statutes of the state lived in.
Then, read the section on Citizens Arrest and the online, particularly CHAT GPT 4.0, to see how truly powerful the People could be.
When one refuses to take care of their own business, some one else, a public servant, corrupt or not, will take care of their business, RULE OVER, at the People's expense.
Does the above identify the NEGLIGENCE of the People as the root cause of corrupt government operations?
