A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting retired United States Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley warningly declared at a meeting of the American Bankers Association in New York City this week: “The unipolar era when America was the only dominant superpower has given way to a multipolar world...There are now three superpowers in the world: the United States, Russia and China”, says this warning declaration followed U.S. News & World Report releasing its global ranking document “These Countries Have The Strongest Militaries” last week, wherein it revealed Russia has the #1 military force in world, the United States has the #2 military force, and China has the #4 military force.
