Ironically one reason left Florida was hurricanes. Huge trees down and the French Broad River has overflowed its banks. No power for two days and water not drinkable. Evacuations going on, some mandatory and some strongly advised.

House not damaged. Grateful because it’s bad for so many others in neighborhood. Some houses got washed away and don’t know if the people survived. No power or internet and just got cell service but can’t get on web, just call and text.

Not seen anything like it. It’s the flooding and the downed trees that caused all the damage. Very few gas stations open with long lines and rationing. Couple grocery stores open that have generators but they were out of almost everything. Complete aisles with nothing on shelves
