Insane Biden Wears Trump 2024 Hat While Facing Russian Nuke First Strike

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin: “Please look at some types of goods that we supply in large quantities to the world market - the supply of a number of goods to us is being restricted...Well, perhaps we should also think about certain restrictions - on uranium, titanium, nickel...We could think about certain restrictions on supplies to the foreign market not only of the goods I mentioned, but also of some others”, says this instruction followed Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu assessing about what Ukraine is facing: “Every day they lose 28 square kilometers on average...Every day...But the most important thing is that they lose up to 2,000 people every day”—an assessment joined by Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to Washington most factually observing: “It seems that Washington perfectly understands the situation on the battlefield when every day Russian troops liberate more and more settlements in Donbass...However, politicians are extremely pleased with the death of Slavs on both sides of the line of contact...They openly proclaim a simple task – to preserve the old system of international relations where America used to dominate”.

In knowing that the socialist Western colonial powers intend to escalate their proxy war against Russia while they watch its puppet state Ukraine collapse, this report notes, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced last week: “Against the backdrop of challenges and threats provoked by the countries of the so-called Collective West, the Russian Federation is currently working to develop new approaches in the context of the upcoming renewal of the nuclear doctrine”—an announcement followed by top Russian military analyst Viktor Litovkin warningly observing: “The war in Ukraine is not a war between Ukraine and Russia...It is a war between the West and Russia using the territory of Ukraine, and the lives of Ukrainian servicemen...It is an attempt to weaken Russia, to bring Russia to ruin and to deprive Russia of its competitive advantage in the international arena”.

Among those working on the renewal of the Russian nuclear doctrine, this report continues, is powerful senior Russian statesman Sergey Karaganov, who just advised the Kremlin: “We have allowed the situation to deteriorate to a point when our adversaries believe we will not use nuclear weapons under any circumstances...Having nuclear weapons without being able to convince your enemies that you are ready to use them is suicide...The main goal of a doctrine should be in convincing all current and future enemies that Russia is ready to use nuclear weapons...It’s high time we stated that any massive strikes against our territory give us a right to respond with a nuclear strike”.

As proof that the socialist Biden-Harris Regime knows that its proxy war against Russia in Ukraine is fast heading towards a nuclear weapons conflict, this report details, is the just released article “Pentagon Orders Study Of Potential Nuclear Strike In Eastern Europe”, wherein it grimly reveals: “The US Defense Department has ordered a study which would simulate the impact of a nuclear conflict on global agriculture...According to a solicitation notice posted earlier this week on a government procurement platform, the study would focus on regions beyond Eastern Europe and Western Russia, which would appear to be the epicenter of the hypothetical nuclear weapons deployment in the simulation...The project will be spearheaded by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC)”.

Along with top President Donald Trump ally Robert Kennedy Jr. warning yesterday: “Trump makes a point that I hope everyone hears: Russia has nuclear weapons...The Biden administration’s policy of maximum confrontation, seeking Russia’s humiliating defeat and regime change, is a recipe for nuclear immolation”, this report notes, world-renowned former top CIA analyst Ray McGovern gravely assessed: “My fear is that the United States will try something really drastic like a false flag attack or maybe even a mini nuke...It's really hard to know what Biden and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who are running things, really think...Some of my best friends and analysts think they're insane...And it’s really, really hard to predict what they're going to do if they're insane”.

Now added to the growing list that demented President Joe Biden is actually insane, this report concludes, is the just released article “Biden Shocks The Internet By Donning Trump 2024 Hat: 'This Isn't AI'”, wherein it revealed: “A video of President Biden donning a Trump 2024 hat went viral across X with several shocked that the image was even real...Biden visited the Shanksville Fire Station Wednesday after participating in a wreath-laying ceremony at the town's memorial site for United Airlines Flight 93, one of the four flights hijacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001...The image of Biden wearing a Trump 2024 hat quickly took X by storm with many feeling the need to clarify the video was not fake”.
