What she said re: getting out of debt. I had the $ in the bank and, for months, debated whether to invest or pay off my mortgage. Despite what the "experts" advised, I walked into the bank on Saturday, September 13, 2008 and paid off the balance of my mortgage. Two days later, while waiting for a flight, I saw on CNN that Lehman Brothers was imploding. I was within hours of losing everything I had saved for years sitting in the money market fund. I know that was God's messengers guiding me, and I can't express how much sounder I have slept for the last 16 years being debt-free.

My family moved from WA to Missouri, we miss the mountains and water but Washington State has been ruined by liberals.... We love Missouri, it's exactly what we wanted!

I've listened and I've prepared. We are debt free and saving. My 79 yo husband thinks I'm a nut for all the food and items I've put up. I've been wanting to move for over three years now. Can't get out of here because he believes that Channel 4 wouldn't lie to him. Nothing is wrong with the economy or the psychopaths running the show.
