Moscow Issues “Ukraine Is Armed Conflict Between Russia And Collective West” War Declaration

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Putin stating in his opening ceremony address at the Army 2024 International Military-Technical Forum this morning:

Friends, foreign guests, ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted to welcome all the participants and guests of the Army 2024 International Military-Technical Forum.

This is a major forum which attracts high representatives. Held for the tenth time, it invariably enjoys a lot of attention on behalf of specialists, experts and media outlets from across the world.

This year, dozens of countries sent their high-level delegations to Russia, led by heads of their defence agencies. Over 120 foreign companies registered to take part in the event.

Of course, the forum’s agenda includes grand-scale presentations of the most advanced and largely unique and unrivalled achievements of Russia’s defence manufacturers and its leading, internationally acclaimed corporations. This includes over 240 export versions of weapons, as well as all kinds of military and specialised hardware.

Let me emphasise that many of Russia’s advanced, unique and innovative solutions have already proven their worth on the battlefield. Moreover, we improve their basic performance all the time. Designers, engineers, scientists and teams working at defence manufacturing plants have been proactive in their efforts to take into account the combat experience we acquired during the special military operation.

It is also essential that small businesses, the civil society and patriotic organisations, as well as a massive volunteer movement and the people of Russia in general have all gone to great lengths and have been proactive in supporting the defence industry in the interests of the Russian Army and Navy.

Priorities in terms of these joint efforts include modern gear, communications, protection and electronic warfare means, unmanned systems and artificial intelligence.

During this forum, about a hundred scientific and business events will be held on these and many other topical matters dealing with military development, military strategy and combat tactics.

Next addressing the military delegations from 83 countries attending the Army 2024 International Military-Technical Forum, this report notes, was Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, who issued the official war declaration so the entire world could hear it firsthand: “As you know, the event is taking place amid the special military operation...In fact, it is an armed conflict between Russia and the collective West...The armed confrontation is driven by the desire of the United States and its allies to maintain their dominance and prevent the construction of a new multipolar and equitable world order...In this regard, the confrontation affects the interests of every country”.

The factual reality of an armed conflict between Russia and the collective West existing, this report continues, was evidenced again yesterday when the Belarusian Defense Ministry revealed about the Ukrainian drones they shot down: “The UAVs were filled with various NATO electronics and equipment, including a US-made active antenna and a Belgian navigation system...The downed drones appear to have been assembled by Ukraine together with NATO engineers”—a revelation followed by CEO Aleksey Likhachyov of the Russian nuclear power agency Rosatom accusing Ukraine of “nuclear terrorism” and beyond shockingly reporting: “A Ukrainian drone strike on Russia’s Zaporozhye nuclear power plant started a fire at the facility and caused serious damage to one of its cooling towers...The attack represented a completely new level of targeted aggression aimed at the infrastructure of nuclear facilities”—after which President Putin declared: “Any peace talks with Ukraine are impossible” and observed: “Apparently, the enemy, relying on the help of its Western masters, is striving to improve its negotiating positions in the future...But how can we talk about negotiations with those who conduct indiscriminate strikes on civilians, civilian infrastructure, or try to threaten nuclear energy facilities?”.

As it pertains the Ukraine Nazi Regime terrorist invasion of the Kursk Region to kill innocent civilians, this report details, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova most factually assessed: “The regime in Kiev continues its acts of terrorism with the sole purpose of intimidating civilians in Russia...It understands perfectly well that these barbaric acts are pointless from the military viewpoint but continues to work off the loans issued by its masters”—a factual assessment joined with the expert economic observation: “An increasingly debt-riddled and ingrate Ukraine is starting to turn on its Western sponsors, blaming them for lagging weapons deliveries to bolster the ongoing proxy war...Kiev is particularly faulting the United States for its huge budget deficit, which has brought Ukraine to the brink of default”—all of which follows the Wall Street Journal revealing: “The Kiev regime’s huge combat losses go hand in hand with its losing battle to recruit new cannon fodder...Conscription is becoming increasingly tough, despite assurances to the contrary spouted by official spokesmen for Ukraine’s military”.

While ordering his Nazi forces on a suicide mission to terrorize innocent civilians and insanely strike the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, this report concludes, unelected usurper Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is also preparing to ban the Russian Orthodox Church, and he proclaimed on Saturday evening: “I have just held a meeting — a preparatory one — regarding a decision that will strengthen our Ukrainian spiritual independence...We must deprive Moscow of the last opportunities to restrict the freedom of Ukrainians...And the decisions for this must be 100% effective...We will ensure that”—and as the Ukraine Nazi Regime prepares its “spiritual independence” from God in order to institute socialist state worship, Russian Orthodox Church archpriest Konstantin Tatarintsev revealed: “Giving a blessing to a nuclear weapon is possible even though such arms have tremendous destructive power...Their purpose is to ensure that no other nations that possess such weapons could use them against Russia, it is a guarantee of peace...Blessing it not for it to be used for the purpose specified but for it to have a containment effect and guarantee peace is entirely acceptable”.
