Moscow Launches Largest Ever Counter-Terror Operation In Russian History

A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Director Valery Fadeyev of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) revealing: “The Ukrainian attack on Russia’s borderline Kursk Region resulted in civilian fatalities...Right now, I am drafting an appeal to relevant international bodies, including human rights ones, with a demand to recognize the terrorist nature of the Kiev regime’s actions in the Kursk Region”, says the terrorist nature of this attack against innocent civilians far from the front lines to instill fear was confirmed by unelected usurper Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky admitting: “Russia brought the war to our land and should feel what it has done”, then his top senior aide Mikhail Podoliak issued the demonic terrorist declaration: “Today they have a war that is expanding deeper inside the Russian Federation...Will they fear that?...Yes...Do they respond to anything but fear?...No, and everyone should realize that at last”—and to instill more fear in a Kursk Region whose civilians are descended from the millions of Russians who died fighting back against the German Nazis, the Ukrainian news website Focus just reported: “One of Kiev’s battalions involved in the cross-border attack on Russia’s Kursk Region shares its name with a Nazi special operations unit that was active in Eastern Europe during World War II”.

While Ukraine Nazi Regime forces were terrorizing innocent civilians in the Kursk Region yesterday, this report notes, the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to International Organizations in Vienna issued the grave statement: “Russia informed the International Atomic Energy Agency about the situation at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant in light of Ukraine’s attack of the Kursk Region...On 8 August, fragments and remnants - presumably fragments of downed Ukrainian missiles - were found at the station, including in the area of the radioactive waste processing complex”—a grave statement Director General Rafael Grossi of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) quickly responded to: “I would like to appeal to all sides to exercise maximum restraint in order to avoid a nuclear accident with the potential for serious radiological consequences...I am personally in contact with the relevant authorities of both countries and will continue to be seized of the matter...I will continue to update the international community as appropriate”.

In knowing that the Ukraine Nazi Regime is insane enough to attempt to blow up the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, this report continues, the Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) issued the official statement yesterday: “A federal emergency has been declared in Russia’s Kursk Region amid a cross-border incursion by Ukrainian forces”—is an officially declared “federal emergency” allowing President Putin to invoke the Nuclear Weapon Doctrine to defend the Russian Federation—and the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC) launched the largest ever counter-terror operation in Russian history with its emergency declaration: “The Kiev regime made an unprecedented attempt to destabilize the situation in a number of regions of our country...The terrorist attack on the territory of the Kursk region by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine resulted in casualties among the civilian population and the destruction of homes and other civilian facilities...In order to ensure the safety of citizens and stop the threat of terrorist acts that could be carried out by the enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance formations, the National Antiterrorism Committee Chairman and Russian Federal Security Service Director, Alexander Bortnikov, decided to conduct counterterrorism operations in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions starting from 9 August 2024”.

With the largest ever counter-terror operation in Russian history now underway, this report details, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced: “Russian units have prevented attempts by Ukrainian mobile armed groups to penetrate deep into Russian territory in the Kursk Region...The total losses of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Kursk area have amounted up to 1,120 troops and 140 units of armored hardware”—and as it pertains to the other battle fields in the present conflict, the Ministry of Defense further revealed: “The Ukrainian military lost roughly 13,925 troops in battles with Russian forces in all the frontline areas over the week... Also, between 3-9 August 2024, the Russian Armed Forces delivered 19 combined strikes by high-precision weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles, hitting Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises and associated energy facilities, aerodrome infrastructure, air defense systems, assembly workshops and storage sites of attack UAVs...In addition, the strikes targeted fuel bases, armament and ammunition depots, areas of massed Ukrainian army reserves, temporary deployment sites of nationalist formations and foreign mercenaries”.

As it watched Ukraine Nazi Regime forces terrorizing innocent civilians in the Kursk Region yesterday, this report notes, the socialist Biden-Harris Regime announced it was sending another $125 million worth of missiles and ammunition to Kiev—an announcement joined by Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh beyond shockingly refusing to rule out allowing Ukraine to strike Moscow with American weapons—all of which caused world-renowned international relations expert Professor Li Haidong at the China Foreign Affairs University to most factually observe: “The United States has exposed its hypocritical duplicity as it claims to restrain the use of American-made weapons on the one hand while in reality, indulging Kiev with financial and military support...To some extent, the attack on Russian targets is a result of the United States fueling the fire”.

The result of the socialist Biden-Harris Regime “fueling the fire” in Ukraine, this report continues, is evidenced in the Kiev Post reporting last month: “Ukraine has lost more than half of its pre-war power generation capacity”—the Wall Street Journal, in its article “PhDs, Fake Documents, Avoiding Public Transit: How Ukraine’s Draft Dodgers Stay Away From The Front”, revealed today: “Young men are going into hiding or are trying to find ways out of the country...Young men are notably few on the subway in Kyiv and the seaside resorts in Odesa...Some villages in western Ukraine have been effectively emptied of men...Businesses complain that it has grown more difficult to find workers in recent months, especially in traditionally male fields such as construction”—all of which follows Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief General Oleksandr Syrsky admitting that Ukraine is outgunned, outnumbered, and being outfought, which caused Ukraine parliament member Maryana Bezuglaya to post the warning message: “Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrsky agrees to sign a ceasefire and various options for surrender and peace enforcement, because he does not believe in the victory of Ukraine”.

Well known to Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief General Syrsky, this report concludes, was Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev revealing a map of what Ukraine would look like if it didn’t stop the needless conflict—and is a map showing barely anything left of Ukraine about to become reality, specifically because the hundreds-of-thousands of Russian troops flooding into the Kursk Region will soon battle into Ukraine itself, and is exactly why Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned this week: “From this moment, the special military operation should become openly exterritorial in nature...We can and should go further into what still exists as Ukraine...To Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev...To Kiev and further...There should be no restrictions in terms of recognized borders”.
