HAARP = Man Made Weaponized Weather Technology (Photos)

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program began in 1990 in Alaska.

Then the program expanded all over the planet so they can create storms or disasters anywhere they want and blame it on mother nature.

Mobile HAARP facilities can be towed by ships at sea to anywhere they want.

By heating the upper atmosphere they can create hurricanes and steer them where they want. The mobile platforms run in front of the storm (after created) to cause conditions that make the storm follow it and grow in intensity.

None of these storms are natural including hurricane Debby. It was made to run up the gulf coast to cause maximum flooding and surge damage to the entire west coast of Florida and continue into the mainland for more damage.

This same technology could be used to steer a storm out to sea away from harms way in the right hands. But all the weather is brought to you by the satanic deepstate cabal. They love death and destruction and these are the tools they use to do that.

So after they lead the storm to shore...they turn on the Cell Towers that emit Micro Wave Energy to enhance & intensify the storm and draw it to the mainland interior for more damage. The storm is attracted to the Micro Wave Energy so this is how they steer the storm over land.

The last photo shows how they turn on HAARP to make the storm worse and attract/pull it in that direction. You can observe this online using weather radar when clouds are present.
