OH WELL, HERE'S HOW TO ENJOY IT ALL, IF YOU'VE A MIND TO, BUT YEAH GOTTA HAVE THE BACKGROUND, AND THEN LIFE IS A FABULOUS ADVENTURE ONCE YOU UNDERSTAND.

I AM not my mind. I own a mind. MY mind’s name is Tom, whereas I AM Nemesis, an intelligence living in another dimension, while being aware of the physical dimension.

MY mind is entertaining, as is MY body, as are MY emotions. I watch them, enjoy them, but they are not me. And neither are YOU YOUR body, mind, and emotions.

In my youth I never gave a thought to what I was. Gave not a thought to whether I was a mind, or the watcher of a mind, an observer, or awareness. But it wasn’t long before I realized I was the ONE who knew what MY mind was thinking, and THAT realization changed everything when I discovered I was dwelling in an alien body, mind, and emotional vehicle that had will, intent, and purpose and ran around on its own power without a thought from ME. And then, when I realized that MY mind haD become self-aware, things got complicated.

When I realized I was not MY mind, but rather, owned a self-aware mind, I started talking to it, training it.

Do YOU enjoy all that is life, all that happens to YOU? If not, YOU have not trained YOUR mind to enjoy all that is life. It’s running amok, like a two-year old that throws a tantrum when life goes its own way, and not its mind’s way.

YOU have a choice. If YOU know YOU are not YOUR mind, YOU can either train YOUR mind to enjoy all that is life, or enjoy YOUR mind’s irrational pendulum swings between love and hate, dark and light, joy and sorrow, misery and pleasure.

All minds are trainable, but it is more difficult to train an old dog new tricks, or as is written, “Train a child the way it should go and when it is old it will not depart from it.”

At birth a human body, mind, and emotions are the result of nature–genetic memory and propensities. After birth, nurture begins and the human mind is trained, disciplined, conditioned, educated, programmed, indoctrinated, brainwashed and propagandized.

It is quite difficult to clear a programmed mind, which is why the vast majority of humans change very little, and yet, when a human self-aware mind decides to work on itself, there are results, but it takes hard work and dedication. But for fun, YOU can watch the drama, like a movie, because YOU are not YOUR mind. YOU are the immediate audience (just above the mind’s self-aware audience) but above both of those audiences are vast audiences enjoying the drama, the adventure, the thrills and chills that are life.

Certainly you didn’t think life happened for no reason, no purpose, no intent, did you? Life does life for its joy, for its pleasure, for its entertainment, which is exactly why you do things. THE END.
