“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.” - Sun Tzu, "The Art of War"
The Age of Government is giving way to the Age of the Individual

The overwhelming advantage the resistance has over the confederated empire is our rulers’ arrogance, which blinds them not just to knowledge of their enemy, but to knowledge of themselves. They don’t understand the epoch-defining changes underway, the nature of the political forces aligning against them, the futility of their efforts to maintain what’s risibly called “the rules-based order,” and the folly of trying to impose a global superstate. They have everything tangible anyone could desire, but lack the two things they need—self-awareness and wisdom.
We can assume that one way or the other, the Corruptocracy was behind the Trump assassination attempt. At the least, eight years of inflammatory, violent rhetoric has had, as its implicit objective, to seed in addled minds the notion that Trump deserves to die and the intent to kill him. Biden recently said it was time to put a “bullseye” on Trump.
However, the shocking malfeasance of the Secret Service argues for something more orchestrated. Official and mainstream media obfuscation has been monumental, but perhaps over time the alternative media will ferret out something approaching the truth, as it has with so many incidents and issues. Conspiracy theory will once again become conspiracy fact. Fortunately, suspicion-fueling memes are coming fast and furious.
A potential conspiracy the alternative media might not uncover is if the incident was staged, because so much of the alternative media is pro-Trump. It’s one of several plausible hypotheses and can’t be dismissed out of hand. Trump didn’t give the Deep State any trouble in his first term, and perhaps it wants to ensure that he doesn’t do so in his second.
The key to this hypothesis is Thomas Crooks. When the Deep State wants to kill someone, they don’t mess around with amateurs. Crooks may have been a Deep State asset but solely as a patsy. If they had wanted to kill Trump at Butler, they would have had one or more expert snipers positioned to take the actual kill shot, and they wouldn’t have missed. Crooks may have been instructed to shoot random shots and intentionally miss Trump. There are rumors of a second and even a third shooter, who might also have been instructed to miss and whose primary purpose may have been to muddy the waters.
The Secret Service, cast as the fall guys and gals, was ordered to stand down to allow Crooks and the other shooter or shooters to get their errant shots off. They did exactly as ordered, which is competence from the standpoint of those issuing the orders. Although Kimberly Cheatle has resigned, if the fake assassination scenario is correct, she’ll land on her feet and there will be no adverse consequences for anyone else at the Secret Service.
The shot that supposedly hit Trump’s ear? Hollywood special effects departments manufacture such “shots,” apparent wounds, and attendant “bleeding” all the time. Take out the patsy, give Trump time to stand up for his heroics (knowing there would be no further shots), whisk him away for purported medical treatment, bandage the ear and Trump becomes a shoo-in. They can give him a nifty ear scar to continuously remind everyone of the shooting and his stirring response.
The Deep State would have Trump in their pocket forever, if they don’t already. All they would have to do is have a “whistleblower” let slip to friendly media that Trump’s shooting was staged with some convincing proof, and Trump would be finished. Another beautiful feature of this hypothetical plot would be that Republicans would have no interest in exposing it. And so far, Republicans have shown no interest in the actual plot, only in excoriating Cheatle and the Secret Service. The narrative machinery is moving quickly: Secret Service incompetence allowed crazy kid to fire at Trump, one shot hit ear, end of story.
Why would Trump go along with this plot? Take your pick: he’s always been a Deep State asset; the Deep State blackmailed him; the Deep State threatened to kill him or people close to him; the plot appealed to Trump’s vanity, propensity for theatrics, and desire to win the election, or some other unknown reason.
We will probably never conclusively know the real story behind Butler and which of the contending hypotheses is correct. If there are no further assassination attempts, Trump triumphs in the election, conducts his second term as he did his first, with no swamp draining or criminal prosecutions (giving both parties an incentive not to expose the truth about a staged assassination), and the Deep State survives and thrives, it would support the staged-assassination-attempt hypothesis.
It’s important to put the purported assassination attempt, Biden’s forced and perhaps fraudulent withdrawal, and the actual election in perspective. They are episodes stretching back to at least the Kennedy assassinations in Game of Thrones-style intrigues and machinations—none of which we’ll probably ever know the full details—for control of a late stage empire.
As the empire becomes increasingly overextended militarily and financially, it grows increasingly . . .
