The French Foreign Legion

People often ask, "Why should I have to declare my political status? Isn't it obvious that I am an American? I was born here, grew up here...."

Let's give an analogy.

Back between 1880 and 1940, things were really tough in North Africa. Various tribal powers and principalities were vying for control. There was a lot of religious persecution and "barbarism" --- as in Barbary Pirates, and it fell to the French Colonialist Governments to try to deal with the problems.

Their answer was the French Foreign Legion. This elite corps within the French Armed Forces is formed of foreign volunteers, who later receive French citizenship as a reward. As these people are not French, they are technically mercenary forces.

And around 1900-1914, new recruits were few and far between, a circumstance that led to many young men being abducted and forcibly press-ganged into that service.

So now, with that background, imagine that you are a young adventurer on a steamer in 1908 and you are bound from Marseilles, France to Cairo, Egypt. Your ship is caught in a storm and crippled on the Mediterranean and in the morning, pirates swarm the decks, take you captive, and here you are in North Africa, assumed to be a volunteer in the French Foreign Legion....

Never mind that some money changed hands between the Legion and the Pirates and that in modern terms, you have been "human trafficked".

In this example, you've been kidnapped off the High Seas, and from there deposited on a foreign land mass, and conscripted into a mercenary force under duress.

In our present very similar situation, you have been human trafficked, too, only this has occurred on paper. It has the same result.

You have been kidnapped off the land of your birth and taken (on paper) off the land and onto the High Seas of Admiralty Jurisdiction.

That's the first lap of your "journey" and it occurs because you have been misidentified and counted as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen almost at birth.

In this foreign political status you are considered to be a Ward and Indentured Servant of the British Queen or King -- not an American, and not subject to American Law nor owed the protections of an American.

Thus "unlawfully converted" to this foreign status "by mistake" at the hospital or other "port facility" where you were physically born, and having had your "berth" incorrectly registered, you are now ready to be sold by the pirates into abject slavery.

What government still practices and allows slavery in the modern age? The Vatican.

The Pope pays a fee in gold to release you from your bondage to the King or Queen, but now you are a slave owned and operated by the Holy Roman Empire instead, a recruit of the HRE, assumed to be a "citizen of the United States" as defined by the Fourteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America.

Remember, at this point, you are still on the High Seas, but now you no longer even have the protections that would normally be afforded an Englishman in the British Navy.

You are under the control of the British Navy while on the High Seas, but you belong, as property, to the Pope, who paid your ransom.

And there you sit, at sea, for the rest of your life, alternately being bossed around by the ship's captain, and then also being bossed around and used up by your actual owners, the priests and magistrates serving the Pope --- who literally bought you as a British Territorial "asset" from the British Monarch.

He couldn't buy you as an American, but he could buy you so long as you are misrepresented as a British Territorial Subject.

Both of these foreign interests, the British Monarch and the Vatican, have laid claim to you and your assets under foreign law and within foreign jurisdictions.

This has gone on while you have been growing up fat, dumb, and happy in Des Moines, Iowa, unaware that you have been latched upon and "redefined" on paper, in such a way that all your contractual Constitutional guarantees and protections have been rendered moot.

And you are no longer recognizable as an American. You are a British Territorial conscripted into the service of the Holy Roman Empire. On paper.

You are a shanghaied Unknown Person, and the only Witnesses --- your Mother and a British Territorial Uniformed Officer (himself conscripted to serve as a U.S. Citizen) --- have testified that you are a British Territorial U.S. Citizen.

All this goes on while you are a baby in your cradle, so you have no idea this has happened to you, and neither does your Mother, because none of it was disclosed to her, either.

You have been "unlawfully converted" from an American State National at birth, to a British Territorial U.S. Citizen shortly thereafter, and thence to a Municipal "citizen of the United States".

You are, in terms of law and jurisdiction, in the same exact situation as our unfortunate recruit in the French Foreign Legion.

And just as that situation demands action to get back home and live as a civilian again, the situation on paper demands similar action. You, too, have to get back home to the land and soil jurisdiction of your own country.

This has to be done before you can live at peace, shrug off the demands of these foreign interests, free yourself from subjection to their foreign laws, and regain your natural protections and guarantees as an American.

And that is why you must get up off your couch and make a formal declaration of your native political status, record it, and publish it, so that there is no mistaking your actual nature and political identity.

You have been shanghaied, cashiered, and bought and sold, literally human trafficked, by your own employees, people who are taking their paychecks out of your pockets.

If that doesn't motivate you and make you mad enough to take action, you can live your life at sea as a slave of the Pope aboard a British Territorial "vessel" forever adrift on the High Seas.
