Clif High has a history of predicted big things. There's plenty of videos out there discussing him and his forecasting system based on scrubbing the internet and finding themes by reading and assessing chatter.

A few weeks ago, he predicted something huge was going to happen on or around 15th July. Guess what. Something did.
