British Historian Issues “It’s Too Late To Stop World War III” Declaration

A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin declaring about the socialist Western colonial proxy war currently waged against Russia: “We can only rely on ourselves in this regard...No one will come to us with open hands and just donate anything...We can only do it on our own...And we are succeeding”, says this success is based on Russia having the world’s largest amount of natural resources valued at over $75 trillion, which is why Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais warned his NATO allies: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”.

In belatedly realizing the fact that Russia can never be defeated on the battlefield, this report notes, the socialist Western colonial powers are now aiding the Ukraine Nazi Regime in a campaign of “asymmetric warfare” targeting innocent civilians—a type of warfare associated with guerrilla warfare and terrorist attacks proven by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing: “The Ukrainian military launched several US-made ATACMS long-range missiles armed with highly controversial cluster munitions on Russia’s Crimea on Sunday, resulting in numerous civilian casualties”—and was an American cluster bomb missile terrorist attack on innocent Crimean civilians sanctimoniously joined by terrorists using NATO suppllied weapons conducting a deadly attack on innocent civilians in the Dagestan region of Russia, about which is known: “The southern Russian region of Dagestan was rocked on Sunday by a series of deadly attacks in two major cities, which claimed the lives of multiple civilians and at least 15 police officers, as assailants deliberately targeted synagogues and Orthodox Christian churches”.

In quick response to the demonic attacks on innocent civilians, this report continues, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to Washington most factually declared about the socialist Biden Regime: “The administration demonstratively supports the crimes of the Kiev regime...It took the side of international terrorism, and condones attacks on civilians by Bandera’s adherents...It is obvious to policymakers in Washington that cluster munitions in ATACMS missiles cannot be launched without the participation of American specialists and support from US intelligence...It is no coincidence that enemy drones are circling over the Black Sea almost every day...All this indicates the death of America’s pseudo-humane foreign policy in the bloody swamp of the Ukrainian crisis”.

Earlier today, this report details, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) presented United States Ambassador Lynne Tracy to Moscow with a demarche demanding her immediate presence to answer for “a new bloody crime of the Kiev regime patronized and armed by Washington”—and after Ambassador Tracy presented herself to answer for this “bloody crime”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced: “During a conversation with the head of the US diplomatic mission to Russia Tracy at the Russian Foreign Ministry on 24 June, a protest was issued to her over another deadly crime by the Kiev regime, being sponsored and armed by Washington, which conducted a deliberate missile attack on civilians in Sevastopol, causing numerous casualties, including among children...The United States, which is waging a hybrid war against Russia, has actually become party to the conflict by supplying the Ukrainian army with the most advanced weapons, including ATACMS missiles, equipped with cluster warheads, used against residents of Sevastopol, whose flight paths are programmed by American military specialists, bears equal responsibility with the Kiev regime for this atrocity...The envoy was told that such actions by Washington, aiming to encourage Ukraine’s pro-Nazi authorities to continue combat 'to the last Ukrainian', having issued a permission to deliver strikes deep inside Russian territory, will not go unanswered...Response measures will definitely follow”.

In speaking directly to the peoples of Ukraine, this report notes, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared to them this morning: “Peace proposals for Ukraine voiced by Russian President Vladimir Putin remain in force and the time frames have been announced”—a declaration joined by the Ministry of Defense revealing Russian military forces killed over 1,880 enemy soldiers in Ukraine during the past 24 hours, and announcing: “Operational-tactical aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops, and artillery units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have targeted a large logistics hub of the Ukrainian Armed Forces...This center was used for the accumulation, storage, and redistribution of weapons, including missile systems provided by Western countries to the Kiev regime...Additionally, we have targeted concentrations of enemy personnel and military equipment in 112 areas”.

Immediately prior to the terrorist attacks on innocent Russian civilians yesterday, this report concludes, the Kiev Post grimly revealed: “Ukraine's energy operator Ukrenergo said Sunday that rolling electricity blackouts will be imposed nationwide throughout Monday because of increased Russian attacks on power stations”—and quickly following these terrorist attacks, world-renowned British military historian Richard Overy issued his declaration “Why It’s Too Late To Stop World War 3”, wherein he gravely warned: “The question of how a third world war might erupt haunts us today more than at any time since the end of the last world war...The very act of guessing is proof of our expectation that warfare of some kind remains a fact in a world of multiple insecurities...While few would actively seek the Third World War, few envisaged or wanted the other two...The sad reality is that our understanding of why wars occur has so far contributed little to setting warfare aside as an enduring element in human affairs”.
