West Rejects Putin Peace For Monty Python “Black Knight” Ukraine Strategy

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes that near immediately after President Putin named the conditions for Ukraine peace talks yesterday, they were rejected by socialist Western colonial illegitimate unelected puppet leader Ukraine President Vladimir Zelensky, which caused the Russian media outlet Sputnik to observe: “The offer was rejected almost as soon as it was extended, leading Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to jokingly ask whether it had even yet been translated into Ukrainian”.

Along with the factual reality that unelected usurper President Zelensky has no power under the Ukrainian constitution to reject anything, this report notes, former Washington Post bureau chief Jon Jeter argued that Western elites still oppose any lowering of tensions between Russia and Ukraine as they remain intent on denying Moscow a victory, and said of President Putin’s peace proposal: “I would be surprised to see any real discussion of this in the mainstream United States news media, or certainly at the White House itself ”—is an otherwise preoccupied White House unable to discuss anything at the moment, as documented in the article “Biden Camp Panics, Demands Social Media Censor ‘Out Of Context’ Video of Joe Biden Wandering Off at G7 Summit – Then A Longer Clip Emerges And It’s Much Worse”—and was a Group of Seven (G7) summit in Italy of socialist Western colonial leaders Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden dementedly wandered off from best documented in the Politico article “6 Lame Ducks And Giorgia Meloni: Meet The G7 Class Of 2024” and the Guardian article “Meloni In The Pink As She Consoles Procession Of Dead Men Walking”.

Earlier today, this report continues, some of the socialist Western colonial “dead men walking” leaders that attended the G7 summit arrived in Switzerland to attend what's most fittingly described as the “Peaceless Summit”—a sham socialist gathering joined by Western leftist propaganda articles like “Leaders Head To Ukraine Peace Summit Under Shadow Of Putin Demands” and “Ukraine Situation Report: Dueling Peace Plans That Are Worlds Apart”—and about which Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov most factually observed: “Those who are now trying to promote some initiatives to start negotiation processes, I would ask them to pay attention to two key circumstances...First, don't forget that in September 2022, Zelensky signed a decree banning all Ukrainian officials from negotiating with President Putin's government...And in early May 2024, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry made an official statement that Ukraine does not recognize Vladimir Putin as a democratically elected, legitimate president...Secondly, those who promote initiatives, say the right things about the indivisibility of security, the inadmissibility of creating blocs, the need to understand the root causes, should still, when developing their approaches, take full account of the fact that Ukraine has completely banned the Russian language by law in flagrant violation of all conceivable international conventions on the rights of national minorities”.

Quickly following world-renowned American leftist peace activist Dr. Margaret Flowers of the Popular Resistance organization factually declaring yesterday: “We need to remember that Russia did not want to have to invade Ukraine...They tried and tried and tried to warn and say, look, here's what you need to do...Stop killing the ethnic Russians...Stop threatening to join NATO and take our security interests seriously, and the West refused to do that over and over again”, this report details, the leftist New York Times released its article “Ukraine-Russia Peace Is As Elusive As Ever. But In 2022 They Were Talking”, wherein they published the 2022 peace agreement documents and stated: “The issues that would need to be tackled in any future peace settlement are evident, and in fact were at the center of negotiations two years ago that explored peace terms in remarkable detail...Documents reviewed by The New York Times shed light on the points of disagreement that would have to be overcome...The documents emerged from negotiating sessions that took place in the weeks after the start of the war, from February to April of 2022...It was the only time that Ukrainian and Russian officials are known to have engaged in direct peace talks”.

The initialed draft Russian agreement with Ukraine just published by the leftist New York Times, this report notes, comes exactly a year after President Putin showed these documents to the leaders and representatives of several African countries during their visit to the Kremlin in June-2023, and he factually told them while they examined the documents: “I would like to draw your attention to the fact that with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan’s assistance, as you know, a string of talks between Russia and Ukraine took place in Turkey so as to work out both the confidence-building measures you mentioned, and to draw up the text of the agreement...We did not discuss with the Ukrainian side that this treaty would be classified, but we have never presented it, nor commented on it...This draft agreement was initialed by the head of the Kiev negotiation team...He put his signature there...Here it is”.

The leader of Ukraine’s ruling party David Arahamiya, this report notes, was the head of the Kiev negotiation team who signed the draft peace agreement with Russia in early 2022, but instead of honoring the agreement, top Kiev negotiator Arahamiya confirmed socialist Western colonial leader British Prime Minister Boris Johnson ordered Ukraine to tear it up and declared: “Let’s just fight”—an actually insane declaration for Ukraine to fight against Russia, which is the world’s second largest military power after the United States, and whose Russian Armed Forces has 3.57 million troops as of 2024—and is exactly why Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais warned his NATO allies in 2022:”Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”.

Of the nearly 4 million troops the Russian Armed Forces has available, this report concludes, President Putin estimated yesterday that roughly 700,000 Russian soldiers are engaged in the conflict between Moscow and Kiev—an estimation followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announcing: “Russia delivered 19 combined strikes by precision weapons against energy sites of Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises over the week in retaliation to Kiev’s attempts to damage its energy facilities...And Kiev suffered about 12,795 casualties in all frontline areas over the past week”—an announcement that followed the Wall Street Journal article “Russia’s Devastating Attacks on Ukraine’s Grid Spark Fears Of Brutal Winter”, wherein it grimly observed: “Ukraine is imposing blackouts, launching hasty repairs and hunting for spare parts after a Russian bombing campaign targeting power infrastructure in recent months slashed the country’s electricity production by half....The Russian attacks, using waves of missiles and explosive drones, have sparked fears of a painful winter should the power outages severely hamper the economy and lead to an exodus from cities”—all of which was joined today with the video “Putin’s New Peace Proposal 1 Day Before Ukraine Peace Summit - What Is The True Reason & REALITY?” posted by pro-Ukrainian video blogger Willy OAM, one of whose commentators most astutely assessed: “Do you remember the scene from Monty Pythons "the holy grail" where king Arthur is fighting the black night, and king Arthur ends the fight by cutting the black knights arms and legs off, to which the black knight responds "alright, we'll call it a draw"?...That’s basically how this war will end”.
