Russian “Biblical Response” Threat Joins West Holding “Last Supper” Display Of Power

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev issued the dire threat: “Russia should get biblical with its response to Western sanctions by turning life in the West into a permanent nightmare and inflicting maximum damage on unfriendly countries...We should try every day to do as much damage as possible to those countries that have imposed these restrictions on our country and all our citizens...Hit them where it hurts...Do damage everywhere, paralyze the operation of their companies and government agencies...Find vulnerabilities in their critical technologies and attack them mercilessly...Literally destroy their energy, industry, transportation, banking and social services...Let's turn their lives into an ongoing permanent nightmare”, then he gravely warned: “Russia could trigger a war in space, wage a psychological warfare campaign against Western citizens so that they tremble under blankets in their cozy homes and unleash a tsunami of fake news to turn their life into a never-ending nightmare, in which they cannot distinguish reality from the wildest fiction”.

In an escalation of the socialist Western colonial proxy war against Russia, this report notes, the socialist Biden Regime sanctioned 300 additional individuals and entities in Russia and elsewhere yesterday, which it accuses of having links to Moscow’s war economy—in response to these illegal under international law sanctions not approved by the United Nations, it saw Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian proclaiming: “China firmly opposes any illegal unilateral sanctions and extraterritorial jurisdiction”—in immediate response to these illegal sanctions, the Moscow Exchange (MOEX), the largest exchange group in Russia, suspended trading in the US Dollar and Euro currencies—and Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko warningly assessed: “Everything NATO is doing in this area today, to put it bluntly, is the alliance's preparation for a possible military clash with Russia”.

While preparing for a possible military clash with Russia, this report continues, NATO member states are also preparing to meet for their annual summit in Washington on 9-11 July, about which NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declared yesterday: “I expect that allies will actually make important announcements between now and the summit and also at the summit for more military equipment, which is urgently needed to ensure that Ukraine prevails as a sovereign independent nation...And without that, of course, there is no membership issue to be discussed...We need to ensure that Ukraine prevails – that’s an absolute minimum for Ukraine to become a member of the alliance”—and as for the likelihood of Ukraine prevailing over Russia to obtain NATO membership, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed today that Russian military forces are continuing to advance along all battlefronts while obliterating Western weapons and killed over 1,180 enemy forces during the past 24 hours.

While NATO prepares for its July summit in Washington, this report concludes, the Group of Seven (G7) leaders of the warmongering socialist Western colonial powers began their annual summit in Italy today, about which the leftist New York Times grimly assessed: “When Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy convenes the leaders of the Group of 7 countries on Thursday at a luxury resort hotel overlooking the Adriatic Sea, she might be forgiven for thinking her guests are seeking a refuge...Except for Ms. Meloni herself, every one of the leaders is arriving at the meeting beleaguered, embattled or endangered — an ill-starred convergence that speaks to the political tremors rattling across the West”—an assessment joined by the leftist Politico article “6 Lame Ducks And Giorgia Meloni: Meet The G7 Class Of 2024”, wherein it bleakly observed:

This week’s gathering of G7 leaders in Italy looks more like the last supper than a display of Western power.

With the war in Ukraine well into its third year, far-right parties storming the power centers of Europe and the Middle East in flames, the democratic world urgently needs strong leadership from the G7 this week.

Dream on.

The G7 summit in the southern Italian coastal resort of Borgo Egnazia features arguably the weakest gathering of leaders the group has mustered for years. Most of the attendees are distracted by elections or domestic crises, disillusioned by years in office, or clinging desperately to power.

Japan’s Fumio Kishida is enduring his lowest personal ratings ahead of a leadership contest later this year.

And then there’s Joe Biden.

The 81-year-old U.S. president’s son, Hunter, was found guilty of gun charges on Tuesday, barely two weeks before his father’s first crucial debate with a resurgent Donald Trump in a presidential campaign the Democrat is in serious danger of losing.

Italy’s Giorgia Meloni, on the other hand, can’t stop winning.

“With the exception of Meloni, the leaders at the G7 summit are all pretty weak”, said Ivo Daalder, who served as U.S. ambassador to NATO under former President Barack Obama. “Trudeau is probably not going to win the next election. Biden has a tough election race. Scholz is weakened. Macron is weakened. Sunak is a ‘dead man walking’. and Kishida has serious issues at home as well”.
