Zelensky Slams Biden For “Personally Applauding” Putin As “Doomsday Device” Nears Activation

A beyond worrisome new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin declared this morning: “The only legitimate authority in Ukraine is now the parliament after Vladimir Zelensky’s official term as the country’s head of state expired last week...There is no article in Ukraine’s constitution that says anything about extending the powers of the president...According to Article 111 of the Ukrainian Constitution, the supreme presidential power should be transferred to the parliament’s speaker...The only legitimate authority in the country now belongs to the Verkhovna Rada, its legislature”, says this declaration confirms that corrupt Ukrainian puppet leader Zelensky has become a “dictator”, which is “a person granted absolute emergency power”.

Earlier today, this report notes, Dictator Zelensky issued the slamming direct warning to Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden for not attending the upcoming so-called Swiss peace conference: “If Biden is not present, it will be just like applauding Putin: personally applauding and doing so standing”, and which followed him warning last week: “Kyiv's allies fear Russia's loss in the war against Ukraine because it would involve unpredictable geopolitics”.

As it pertains to the sham upcoming Swiss peace conference Russia is excluded from attending, this report continues, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated: “So far, we’ve seen an attempt to prepare a conference in Switzerland...A conference which, from our point of view, is absolutely futile in terms of seeking some ways of a settling the conflict around Ukraine”, then he factually observed: “The US-led NATO bloc has not only been directly involved in a confrontation with Russia but is now falling into wartime ecstasy”—a factual observation followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing this morning that Russian military forces killed over 1,760 Ukrainian soldiers during the past 24 hours—and former Pentagon senior security policy analyst Michael Maloof assessed today: “The crux of the matter is that NATO member states are unprepared for a war with Russia...All the NATO countries would have to switch their economies over from a service economy to a full production wartime economy...And they're not capable of it...They can't sustain it...It would take years for them to do that”.

Following the 24 February 2022 launching of the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, this report details, President Putin ordered Russian strategic nuclear forces to move to the heightened alert status of a “special regime of combat duty”—during his Victory Day speech on 9 May, it saw President Putin declaring: “Russia will do everything to prevent a global clash, but at the same time we will not allow anyone to threaten us...Our strategic forces are always on alert”—all of which was joined by First Deputy Director General Vladimir Kulishov of the Federal Security Service Border Service (FSB) most gravely warning today: ”NATO intelligence operations close to the Russian border are on the rise...Forces of the alliance are intensifying military training, in which they work out military scenarios against the Russian Federation, including nuclear strikes on our territory”.

Last week, this report notes, socialist Western colonial military forces in control of Ukraine Nazi Regime missiles targeted an advanced Voronezh Radar Station in the city of Armavir-Russia far from the front lines—then another advanced Voronezh Radar Station was attacked in the Orsk-Orenburg region of Russia, that’s over 1,700 kilometers from the front lines—the latter of which came after Russian Senator Dmitry Rogozin gravely warned: “The United States should be seen as directly responsible for a Ukrainian strike on a key element of Russia’s nuclear umbrella...Thus, we stand not on the precipice, but on the very edge...If such enemy actions are not stopped, an irreversible collapse of the strategic security of nuclear powers will begin”.

The advanced Voronezh Radar Stations now under attack in Russia, this report concludes, are critical parts of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS), of which only the Russian Federation and United States possess--BMEWS sensors are the basis for the Space Surveillance System (SSS) which Russian leaders use to order nuclear strikes, but when President Putin ordered Russian strategic nuclear forces to a “special regime of combat duty”, it turned on the beyond terrifying “Perimeter System”, that's otherwise known as the “Dead Head Doomsday Device”--and is a “Doomsday Device” that when not receiving information from BWEWS sensors is programmed to assume Russia is under nuclear attack, then upon activation, it will launch a hypersonic missile equipped with powerful radio transmitting equipment that orders the firing of all Russian nuclear missiles against the entire West.
