This nomination will help ensure a Biden defeat since it only appeals to the social liberal "left" wing of the Libertarian movement and not people who might choose a libertarian over Trump or RFK, Jr. Traditionally the presence of a Libertarian candidate has been beneficial to the Democratic candidate, but this year it won't have that impact. The presence of Trump & Kennedy at the Libertarian convention gives a form of tacit approval for even hardcore Libertarians to decide to vote for one of them in November rather than their party nominee.

: Ron Paul reads Lew Rockwell every day, and Lew was Ron's chief
: of staff. The message here isn't exactly subtle.

: There is no way Chase or his supporters would have supported a
: candidate you and I might have liked (because our
: candidates are probably "fascists"), and likewise
: I would have to be out of my mind to support someone who
: has been a dupe for the worst parts of American life over
