It is truly evil in a way that we cannot anticipate now.
When the next phase of the Great Leaving continues, there will be a 'conspiracy theory' arise that the gov't is deliberately NOT reporting the deaths of large numbers (millions? ) of people. They will claim it is an issue of 'national security' that they keep 'data' to themselves. They will use the whole Russa = enemy BS story as their reason for denying you the knowledge that your relative has passed.

So the effect will be that people will simply disappear, or vanish from their social circle. They will become ill from their vaxxes, then encounter the 'medical industry' at some point (clinic, urgent care, doc office), and from there will be shunted into the hospital system which will basically be in charge of disposing of the body and NOT telling anyone anything. The people will simply vanish.

People dying alone in their residence will be 'cleaned up' for the system by crews that are established by the Regime to bottle up the information of the effect of the vaxx on the populace.

Another motivation for the govt will be the 'looting of the bodies' which will become something of an 'industry' such that by Fall, (before the selection season), we will have some hints of what is on-going as the corporations have to 'bring charges' against their workers who are going to the dead-guy's house to loot it & make them disappear. The data suggests that the corporations are distressed by and taking actions against their (temp) employees for stealing the loot that the corporation asserts is it's property. You will note a definite increase in "used items" for sale as the Regime gets into clearing up the mess.
