International Public Notice: The Issues Raised

Last night we issued an extensive Public Notice concerning our American Government versus the Federal United States Government structures, and we demonstrated how one third of each was rendered inoperable in the Civil "War" Conflict.

The American Government's Confederation of States was rendered inoperable by the loss of quorum to conduct business. This had the domino effect of rendering the Federal Republic, the American Federal Subcontractor operating under The Constitution for the united States of America unable to conduct business, too.

Both the States of America (our Confederation of States of States) and the Federal Republic operated by the States of America, were doomed.

The Reconstruction of both these entities has to be done by the States that created them, but our States were not in Session when the Civil War began, and via a combination of British duplicity, lack of communication, semantic deceit, and Breach of Trust, our States remained dormant.

The British Territorial Federal Subcontractor, a Scottish corporation doing business as "The United States of America, Incorporated" substituted itself for our unincorporated Holding Company, The United States of America, and accessed our credit in exactly the same way that a Credit Card Hacker impersonates the owner of a credit card today.

If other governments questioned this, they were told that we were "missing", whereabouts unknown, that we "went to sea" and never returned, that we were "in interregnum" and that this had created a "National Emergency" requiring the U.S. (British Territorial) Army to occupy our country until our return.

This is, of course, unmitigated and self-interested British Bunk.

What was actually going on was a violent suppression of the actual American Government by two foreign corporations hired to provide us with "essential government services".

They acted in Breach of Trust to murder, slander, criminalize, burn out, threaten, and rob the members of the actual American Government and usurped upon their employers.

The banks responsible for all this and reaping the payola from it winked and extended credit to the villains based on our purloined assets, which the miscreants retained in their "custody" during our "absence".

However, as the Maxim of Law dictates, "Possession by pirates does not change ownership."

Imagine their consternation when the progeny of those wronged Americans and their wronged government, show up after more than 150 years and point their fingers straight at the traitorous Principals and employees responsible for this?

It turns out that we weren't missing at all. We were being abused by our own foreign employees, and they were being manipulated and misdirected by three foreign Principals: the British Monarch, the Government of Westminster, and the Popes, who have all violated their treaties and service contracts with us and who have misrepresented us and been in Gross Breach of Trust for six generations.

As part of this grand confidence racket, they conspired to mischaracterize each and every American baby as Dual Federal Citizens.

A citizen owes service and obligations to a government. A Dual Citizen owes service and obligations to two governments.

These two dishonest and dishonorable foreign corporations acting "as" governments pretended that we, their employers, were their Dual Citizens owing both of them service, when by contract, they owed us "good faith service", instead.

They did this by registering American babies as property owned by their corporations --- "owned" in the sense of being custodians thereof --- under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure, and then redefining these babies as U.S. Citizens, owing service to the British Territorial corporation doing business as the United States of America, Inc.

Next, they declared the U.S. Citizen legally dead and set up a secondary federal Municipal ESTATE trust in the name of the American victim, and claimed that this entity was a Municipal citizen of the United States, belonging as a slave to the Pope's Holy Roman Empire and the city of Rome.

In this way, they conspired to illegally and unlawfully create public trust interests in private property that they could administer as Executors de Son Tort, and misrepresented virtually all Americans as Federal Dual Citizens owing citizenship obligations to both foreign corporations, when in fact both these corporations and their personnel owe good faith service to us.

We are not rendered their citizenry by their fraud and deceit and usurpation against us and we reject the idea that we owe them anything at all, as they have floated trillions of dollars-worth of I.O.U.s on our economy on our own credit and have saddled us with their debts in bankruptcy and never paid us back and never accounted for all the goods and services they received in exchange for their I.O.U.s known variously as "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES" and "UNITED STATES NOTES", etc.

That is how their National Debt is in fact our National Credit. When the proper bookkeeping is applied, these debts and credits zero out exactly, and any interest paid on the debt is extra credit owed to us.

None of this could have happened without the knowing participation of the banks, and they, together with the various State and Regional and National Trusts and "Depository Trust" Clearinghouses, are responsible for returning our assets and our purloined credit to us and to our control without further obfuscation and delay.

The Civil War wasn't a War and no Congress having authority to declare war has declared war at any time since 1860, so there is absolutely no excuse for any further attempts to label us as "Enemies" or for them to invoke any aspect of The Law of War.

In fact, these Miscreants owe The Law of Peace to all the progeny of those Americans who received the three public proclamations of the British Corporation President, Andrew Johnson, declaring Peace on the land.

Our land.

We ask for the cooperation of the entire world community to bring these travesties to an end and to end the warmongering and war profiteering that have been the hallmarks of these incorporated Freebooters for generations.

We hold the banks, especially the Central Banks, accountable for this whole situation, as it couldn't have been engineered without their assistance.
