International Public Notice: Our Government(s)

There is an American Government.

There is also a Federal Government called the United States Government, which exercises certain enumerated and delegated powers of the American Government, on behalf of the American Government.

These are, obviously, not the same things.

There are supposed to be three (3) Federal Subcontractors providing the American Government with stipulated and enumerated services.

There are presently only two (2) such Subcontractors --- and both of them are foreign.

The American Federal Subcontractor has been dormant since the Civil War Conflict.

The American Federal Subcontractor, known as the Federal Republic, was operated by the original Confederation of States (1781) doing business as the States of America.

That's why the Federal Constitution of 1787 which was awarded to the Confederation is called, "The Constitution for the united States of America".

See the name of the original Confederation (1781) echoed in the Federal Constitution of 1787? States of America?

That's because the Confederation of States (1781) was running the Federal Republic (1787), our American Federal Subcontractor.

When the original Confederation of States dissolved in 1861 and the Federal Republic Congress adjourned sine die for lack of a quorum to conduct business, the Southern members of the original Confederation (1781) split off and formed the Confederate States of America (1861) with Jefferson Davis acting as the "President" of this new organization of "Confederate States".

Always remember that a "Confederate State" is a State of State, a business organization that provides basic routine government services on behalf of the actual State.

There's a reason that this name, "States of America" and references to "Confederate States" keeps showing up, and it's plain to see.

The Union of States formed 1776, with Union States as members --- Union States are formed from the combined physically described Counties within the State borders.

The Federation of States formed 1776, with our familiar physically defined States as members.

The Confederation of Confederate States, meaning "States of States" like The State of Illinois, as members, formed 1781.

The American Government is thus composed of Union States, States, and Confederate States, gathered together as the Union, the Federation of States, and the Confederation of States, respectively.

Our American Federal Subcontractor providing us with "essential government services" delegated under The Constitution for the united States of America was run by the Confederation of States (1781).

When the Confederation ceased functioning for lack of a quorum, so did the American Federal Republic cease functioning.

Both have been awaiting "Reconstruction" by the States ever since.

(1) Only the States can reconstruct the American States of States (our "Confederate States").

(2) Only the American States of States (our "Confederate States") can repopulate the vacated Confederation of States.

(3) Only the American Confederation of States can operate the American Federal Republic -- the American Federal Subcontractor that is supposed to be operating under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787).

Furthermore, Americans live in the physically-defined Counties of the Union States. They stand upon the subsoil, the land, of the Federation States. Our founding document is The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.

We, Americans, don't live under any Constitution and never have. Our States are the Principals issuing all three Constitutions as service contracts.

Our States are the Principals donating all the "mutual powers" that are delegated first to our Federation of States and from the Federation of States to the Federal Subcontractors.

It's from this transfer of powers delegated by the States to the Federation and from the Federation to the Federal Subcontractors that the "Federal Government" gets its name.

Our Federal Employees live under one of the Federal Constitutions, and presently, only two of the Federal Constitutions are still functional.

The Constitution of the United States of America is the foundation document for our British Territorial Subcontractor doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated.

(Not to be confused with the Federation of States (1776) doing business as The United States of America, which is unincorporated.)

The Constitution of the United States (1790) is the foundation document for our Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor (City of Rome Successor) doing business as the United States, Incorporated.

(Not to be confused with the combined Union States doing business as The United States, which is unincorporated.)

American Government institutions are all unincorporated, because they are either sovereign states or instrumentalities of sovereign states.

The United States Government institutions are all incorporated.

The States of America, Incorporated, acting as the Federal Republic, was incorporated by the States of America, unincorporated.

The British Territorial entity, the United States of America, Incorporated, was chartered by the King of Scotland on behalf of Great Britain.

The Holy Roman subcontractor operating as the United States, Incorporated, was chartered by the Holy See.

Study these facts and you will know all you need to know about the basic structure of the American and United States Governments, both.

You will also see that the United States Government is ultimately subordinate to the American Government, first because the American Government is unincorporated and sovereign in nature, and second because the United States Government works under contract for the American Government.

This is also demonstrated by the iconography and emblems of government.

The Great Seals used by the United States (Incorporated) and the United States of America (Incorporated) are completely enclosed by a solid line circle, physically demonstrating that they are functioning under limited, circumscribed, enumerated and delegated powers.

The Great Seals of the American Government are not enclosed by a solid circle, demonstrating that we exercise unencumbered sovereign powers.

This is your Fair Warning and Notice that in the absence of our American Federal Subcontractor, the two foreign Federal Subcontractors have been improperly acting in its stead without revealing this circumstance to their Employer, and have been exercising delegated powers never vouchsafed to them.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have acted in Breach of Trust and in violation of their service contracts and have gone rogue, under color of law.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have acted in the interest of Foreign Powers, to conduct wars for profit and have committed other unlawful, illegal, and immoral actions in conflict of interest and contrary to the Law of Nations and International Law.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have used our wartime flag, known as the Title IV Flag, provided for their use when exercising our delegated powers in time for war, for misleading, improper, offensive, and mercenary purposes that are not allowed under our contracts with them.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these same Foreign Interests have recently set up a new corporation styling itself as "the American Government, Incorporated". This is obviously being done to further confuse their corporation's "government" with our American Government, so as to muddy the water and continue their predatory practices and impersonations.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that our actual American Government has been officially and in fact at peace since the closure of The War of 1812 and we are flying our peacetime flag with vertical stripes in token of our peaceful intent and status.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that some hirelings of these foreign Federal Subcontractors, known as "Federal Agencies" and their corporation franchises have been misdirected to do dirty work for the Foreign Principals responsible and by the Federal Subcontractors themselves. These Agencies including the FBI, CIA, DARPA, DOD, DOJ, DHS, NSA, EPA, FEMA, BATF, IRS, USTPO, VITAL STATISTICS, DTC/DTTC, and others have been used as sock puppets and potential scapegoats to commit crimes under color of law at the direction of these foreign Federal Subcontractors. These crimes start with unlawful conversion, impersonation, identity theft, fraud upon the courts, murder, genocide, crimes of state, conspiracy against the Constitutions, illegal warfare, embezzlement, racketeering, illegal surveillance, illegal detainment, pretense of war, inland piracy, illegal confiscation, and more.

This is also your Notice and Fair Warning that these "Federal Agencies" are being misdirected and used for criminal purposes under color of law and are not imbued with any authority under our Constitutions.

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.
