This is really good! I have been basically doing this on my own for the last 17 years. When I was younger someone told me that 99% of everything you worry about doesn’t matter and has no effect on you and I started to realize that it’s true. Things in life are going to happen that you can’t change so go with the flow and change what you can. So keep an open mind, hope for the best and prepare for the worst. When you just let go of everything that really doesn’t matter in life then you will better and start to really notice what’s going on around you.

This video clarified so much for me, I always felt like the more happier and loving I got there were always some forces pitting against me trying to make me miserable and go back to my old ways. Im glad to know I'm not a lunatic. Thank you for changing lives with these videos
