Hi, Folks -

For man years I've had an Aquasana countertop water filter. I kinda like it, but if find it really difficult to remove the hose tips, etc., to install fresh filter cartridges. Plus, on more than one occasion, the upper housing has popped loose from the base - that only happens when it's past the optimal time to replace the cartridges in use and when the water is turned on with slightly more pressure than usual, too.

Anyway - I'm ready to try something different and easier to work with. I'd welcome some suggestions, please, and please include details on what you like or respect about the brand/model you're suggesting. :)
