77 year old veteran likes to help people. Earnest Lugman tells us he had suffered through all of the following; heart attack, stroke, stroke blindness, kidney problems, bladder issues, so he has been wearing Depends, and he has been using a walker and canes, and more. IMO, I do not know if Earnest knows exactly how this all works. I don't know if he cares. But it is all because of the God genes hidden in our “junk DNA.” The body can miraculously heal itself when it first gets exactly what it needs - like more oxygen, and all the correct minerals, and also enough of the right nutrients in their perfect ratios.

These elements are all necessary so the body can finally keep it’s own mitochondria clean. But it sure seems to me that it sounds like Earnest was not focusing so much on the WHY, but on simply enjoying the happiness he is obviously getting by generating the relief results he now experiences.
