I loved this talk and always find value. I feel through all of this transitioning it is important to allow and accept ourselves when we have emotions come up. Sit with them and not judge ourselves for where we are. If we try to move past them to quickly without honoring where we are, we may be spiritually bypassing. Our emotions have purpose. It is the difference between being emotional and allowing our emotions to guide us, they call us home by teaching us what is asking for our attention and Love. If not these emotions stay stuck in our bodies and that means stuck energy. Trust the process without fearing our emotions. If we just do practices to get ourselves out of where we are, for many the practices can become a crutch. Pam and Davyd I so appreciate your work!
