This all is exactly what’s been going on with me. I was seeing black spots and thought it was bugs and I thought I was going crazy lol… my vision has been so sensitive today especially, dizzy feeling like I’m floating. Last night I woke up at 330 and my whole body started buzzing and I felt the frequency rising to the point I thought I was going to pass out. I honestly went into fear at first but relaxed into it after. Thanks for this message! Love you sistar

Oh wow I've had all these. Headaches, and feeling like I've got a clamp around my head, blurry visions, seeing things out of my peripheral vision, extreme tiredness, insomnia, sweaty thinking it's menopause symptoms and I'm seeing indigo again when I haven't seen it for quite a while and I feel a bit off after I meditate
