It was rumored that on Sun. 27 Nov. 2022 the Supreme Court held a National Emergency Hearing on Treason and Fraud charges against President Joseph Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, former Vice President Michael Pence and 384 Members of Congress.
SCOTUS considered if Defendants broke their Oath of Office on 6 June 2021 by refusing to investigate assertions of 100 US Congress members claiming to have factual evidence that the 2020 Election was rigged.
Results of that private Sunday SCOTUS meeting have not yet been made public, though could result in the immediate dissolution of the Biden Administration and all of Congress.

The amazing landmark $2.9 billion SCOTUS docketed case #22-380, Raland Brunson v. Alma S. Adams, et al. This action was against 388 federal officers including President Joseph Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, former Vice President Michael Pence and 384 Members of Congress.
The petition read:
“On Jan. 6 2021 the 117th Congress held a proceeding under Amendment XII, for the purpose of counting votes in the 2020 Presidential Election. Over 100 members of Congress claimed to have factual evidence that the said Election was rigged”.
Brunson alleged in the petition that “The refusal of the Respondents to investigate these Congressional claims was an Act of Treason and Fraud. A successfully rigged Election has the same result as an Act of War: to place into power whom the victor wants, which in this case was Biden, who, if not stopped immediately, would continue to destroy the fundamental freedoms of Brunson and all US Citizens and Courts of Law”.

Juan O Savin: “Here’s an interesting thing out of Utah that very few people saw coming: Because Congress didn’t take 10 days to review the information concerning foreign interference or manipulation of the 2020 Election, they violated the Constitution and their oaths against protecting the American People from any enemies foreign or domestic. Because they failed to do that, it makes them traitors or treasonous, and they need to be removed from office and tried [in court] for Treason, for not for taking lawful measures to investigate before certifying the vote”.
Juan O Savin 35:15 “When Congress certified the vote, they did so without the benefit of any intelligence (of voter fraud) from the largest Intelligence gathering machine on the planet – which is Homeland Security. And they had a requirement according to this [Utah] lawsuit, based on 100 members of Congress — almost half of the Senate — crying out that there’s something wrong with the vote and making valid claims that there needed to be investigation to determine if there was in fact foreign interference. When Congress proceeded to certify the vote without any investigation, they put America at risk to be captured [and] occupied by an Act of War… to take control of our government by foreign actors – people working in behalf of foreign governments”.
Juan O Savin 36:16 “So it doesn’t say that the 2020 election should go to Trump. All it says is that the election couldn’t be relied on, and has to be redone”.

On Sun. 27 Nov. Brunson’s neighbor Ken Cromar (of the Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS case) called Loy and Raland Brunson. Cromar learned that many don’t understand the SCOTUS Rule 11 that says in case of a National Security risk a Petition can jump right into the Supreme Court.
Raland told Cromar, “We’ve been told that within the next couple of days they’re setting up a “Conference” date to quickly deliberate and vote amongst themselves on IF they will consider ruling on our case. If four vote YES, then the case is a ‘Go!’ That Conference is reportedly a quick process, and they publicly post their decision within a couple of days”.
Juan O Savin 40:10 “If the Supreme Court were to rule on this, what would end up happening is since the election didn’t get completed correctly in 2020, there is no victor and it needs to be redone. So, Trump was never relieved of duty. He was never deactivated [as President]. Trump then continues as the lawful President and Commander in Chief until a lawful election occurs”.

Fri. 25 Nov. MarkZ: I have received a number of cryptic messages about Monday. I heard from an IRS contact I have not talked to in 9-10-months…..he reached out to me and said that something big was coming on Monday and they don’t know what. They are being told this inside the IRS management. It could just be that the new Congress will not be giving them the 87,000 new IRS agents….that is just my speculation….but they were told to expect a major announcement. We don’t know what it will be its interesting.
