Gentlemen, my bona fides are well established. Given the current state of affairs it is obvious that some directives are required for more than a few reasons.
Gentlemen, the best offense like the best defense are both rooted in simple understanding that the law is both offense and defense at the same time. Those that ignore the application of the law in open public forums do so at their own peril as history shows over and over. Your opportunities to access and apply the law are closing very quickly. Considering our country is founded in, at and on the law, and it’s application in a direct manner and that mechanism has been placed in your hands, your lack of application of the fundamentals certainly appears to act as a judgement.
That judgement is very obvious once the tinted glasses and static in the music is transcended. Your current operations and activities are more important to you than honest service to the Laws of Nature and Natures God. The abject failure to simply apply the fundamental laws through the procedures known and available is ratified every day you all continue to play the systemites game. Stepping into the septic tank guarantees you smell the same as the contents of the sewer. Failing to jump out of the sewer, particularly when the mechanism to do so is presented, certainly qualifies as self executed choice to live in the sewer.
It appears obvious that a massive misunderstanding concerning fiduciary relationships is promoted by public servants in general for their own benefit. Public servants, one and all including contractors to and those licensed by governments are bound by their own free will to act honorably or not. Fiduciary obligations simply means responsible to. Both Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are fiduciaries to the People and our laws.
Fist, the law is not negotiable, no matter how many public servants agree or not, particularly attorneys. The Peoples Court of Public Opinion always passes final judgement and contrary to the opinions of most systemites that Court is not filled with dummies.
Second, the information provided to you all recently has one strong intent. That intent is restoration of a true republic and clothing Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis with the protection of the law, particularly the full faith and credit of the People expressed in our law executed by our honestly counted VOTES.
Third, is the dual point covering the criminal activities in the U.S District Court in the District of Columbia and the release with the check for TORT damages as ledgered to the day of release of Trevor Brown. Considering Trevor’s case files, both at the District Court and on line at january6remedies.com, https://january6remedies.com , exposing the blatant TORTS and felonies rising to Treason, exhibits public record is in control. Considering the Treason complaint is public record in care of the U.S. Navy and the complaint is testified to by two Americans of full Sovereign capacities under standards set by Constitutions, there is no excuse for failure to act. Failure to take direct action is admission of covering up felonies and admission of conspiracy with Treason. More to the point is the fact that public servants attacked the People they get paid to serve and protect with illegally applied force.
Fourth, public records never die and no matter how deep they are buried, and somehow seem to rise at the right time. In all of recorded history there is not one time that all the bases required for long term secrecy do not break down. The speed of the digital world of the internet changed the equations of cover up. This is because the cover up artists do not have the prior time lags in which to work their magic of constructing illusions and market them as fact.
Fifth, fiduciary obligations breach for any public servant is a TORT and a crime. These wrongs attaches the FIDELITY BOND you each executed under your signatures on the required oath of office and its employment contract. Fidelity means unwavering loyalty and honor to the People and our Original Political Jurisdictions secured by the People’s standing as the FULL FAITH AND CREDIT, to and for all government relies on in its capacity of DEBTOR to the source of all governmental authority, and funding to all government operations. The all Rights Reserved portions of the state constitution found at the People’s Declaration of Rights and the national Bill of Rights are the more than mere guidelines, they are the Law, governing every activity of every public servant from day one of the constitutions.
Sixth, given that the Preambles to all of the state constitutions and the national Constitution, define and memorialize the ownership by the People over what We the Created created, which is the recognition that all the January 6 fraudulent election protestors were exercising the Peoples ownership of property rights over the venue of the District of Columbia. This fact is proved by reference to 5CFR 2632.101 defining government service as a public trust. Second proof of fact is that the national and states constitutions do not grant ownership rights over real property to the governments the People created. Nor do the constitutions authorize assigned powers to government to be applied against the People while exercising Reserved Rights to peaceably assemble and protest fraudulent government, particularly while exercising property rights over the venue of the Seat of the National Government. Maryland and Virginia never transferred ownership to the constitutionally defined Seat of Government. This is because the states of Virginia and Maryland received no title to the lands over which their jurisdiction. King George never passed title to lands subject to his exclusive jurisdiction know as the colonies of Maryland and Virginia, nor any other colony. Thus, the national government while having jurisdiction over the Seat of Government, it has no property right superseding that of the People.
Seventh, Jurisdiction and ownership are two entirely separate and distinct concepts.
Jurisdiction is the term used to define the right to apply legalized force over a specific venue, land area. In the United Sates of America it is impossible for jurisdiction granted by constitution to over rule ownership over all the land ceded to the American Sovereign People King George in 1783. Ownership is the concept of absolute right of unlimited control over real property, venue. The terms of jurisdiction and ownership are exclusive one from the other. Jurisdiction is a political concept. Ownership of property both real and chattel is a concept of law. The Maxium of law covering both jurisdiction and law is that “ jurisdiction may be waived, venue may never be waived”, settles all January 6 persecutions. The U.S.District Court in the District of Columbia may have jurisdiction over January 6 participants, when it can prove such, beginning with the Legislative portion of the National Constitution and constitution compliant statutes and rules for operating the court in D.C. How ever the United States Government does not have a venue upon which to apply it’s possible jurisdictions until the national government can produce proof of ownership over the Seat of Government. Assumption in the law is taking something for granted which always fails when the facts, particularly from public record, and law are present which results in the assumption being a hypothetical taken upon one’s self.
Thus, all prosecutions of the American People exercising property ownership rights over both the venue of D.C. and the law of the Bill of Rights January 6 2020, are fatally defective, null and void. The Government of the United States committed a massive TORT upon the People it was constructed to serve and protect when public servants attacked the People for protesting the conversion and theft of the Peoples vote, a fraud.
Mr. Trump and Mr. DeSantis, you are both properly elected public servants. Neither of you is tainted in any manner by the fraudulent 2020 elections which made the current operations of both state and national governments illegitimate on cause of fraud. Thus, Donald Trump, and Ron DeSantis are held to much higher standards if fiduciary responsibility. Fraud voids all founded upon or operating from fraudulent foundation!
Eighth, the People only created one national court. That court is found at Article III section 2, paragraph 2. “ In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.” Recognized at Article III section I, first sentence. “The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court,” which is the Peoples exclusive national court created under constitution. This People’s court representing the People’s Original Political Jurisdiction to creat a national government, may only be invoked by a State on order by it’s Governor as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer serving the People.
Congress is only authorized to construct ‘inferior courts’. Article I second part of fist sentence, “ and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” This assignment of authority is declared law at Article I section 8 clause 9. “To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;”. Thus, all legislative courts are inferior to the People’s one supreme Court. Being that statutes can never supersede their source of authority, the Constitution, and only five federal courts constructed by Congress were given Article III powers, and they are limited to jurisdiction with out powers over venue, the People’s Article III court is vastly superior and controlling over all other inferior courts constructed by Congress.
Reference to the finding aid, United States Code, beginning at § 1, through § 251 proves only two courts constructed by Congress are to be recognized as Article III or Article I United States judicial power courts. See §§ 171 and 251 in comparison with all other Legislative courts. Congress in its exclusive jurisdiction over the Seat of Government did create Article I section 8 inferior courts exercising Article III powers found by reference at the District of Columbia Code Title 11-101. These Seat of Government courts are limited to venue of the Seat of Government. See finding aid United States Code Title 4, § 72.
The People did not grant our Legislative, nor Executive, nor Judicial branch’s of our national government, authority to reconstruct, re name or alter the law laid out in our Constitution as applied to the People’s one Supreme Court.
Thus, Governor DeSantis you now have the findings of fact sourced from our national constitution directing you to the proper court to execute your fiduciary duties to the Florida State Citizens unlawfully detained under bogus and fraudulent January 6 persecutions by the U.S. DOJ.
Gentlemen, I apologize for not providing the tool of understanding how to access and open the People’s one supreme Court in my prior duly served public record Letters of Wishes and Letters of Advice from your Beneficiary. I now correct my mistake and provide the how to for properly accessing and opening the People’s States United one Supreme Court.
First: A criminal complaint alleging civil rights violations, the denial of access to and protection of the Bill of Rights, causing statutory felonies, breach of contracts, dishonest services by public servants must be of public record, duly signed, by an injured party, in a notary’s presence, must be received by the Florida Governors office.
Second: The Florida Citizen must demand the fiduciary duties owed by the Office of Governor, Ron DeSantis Governor, be executed by accepting the Citizens Order to access the People’s one supreme Court, opening the People’s court under cause of action of EXECUTION ON CONTRACT DEMAND THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT COMPLY WITH AND HONOR THE CONSTITUTION AND ITS CONTROLLING BILL OF RIGHTS. Then annex the civil rights and other issues.
Third: Present a common law Writ of Habeas Corpus, not the inferior legislative substitute, in the name of and by the authority of good People of Florida executed by fiduciary, Chief Law ( contract ) Enforcement Officer protecting the People of Florida from federal encroachment and trespass, signed by next friend Governor Ron DeSantis for each Florida Citizen attached under bogus January 6 persecutions. Congress is not authorized by Constitution to tamper with the People’s Prerogative Common Law Writ of Habeas Corpus mandated by Constitution.
Fourth: Being that the underlying cause for the whole of the January 6th fiasco is the fraudulent 2020 election. Demand the required INJUNCTION barring any current public servant from exercising any government power until the fraud charges are defeated by production of full verified accurate public records. A fraudulently elected government is illegitimate and void of lawful standing or capacity. Conversion and theft of the Peoples political will represented in our votes when used to benefit those seeking to destroy our country is TREASON.
Fifth: Present a Submission of Record containing all the proofs of fraud associated to the 2020 election as proof of fact requiring INJUNCTION to issue. Use public documents compiled by public servants as delivered under Mandatory Judicial Notice. The INJUNCTION to bar all electronic voting and a return to paper ballots and properly monitored hand counts until a properly secured voter recognition system is developed, extensively tested and verified by multiple sources in each state.
Then, publicly ask the Justices at the Supreme Court if they are going to honor their oath and protect their Fidelity Bonds, and their assets securing them, benefiting first the People by following the law or not?
