High Court in India puts Bill Gates on notice over doctor’s death due to COVID-19 vaccine

(Natural News) The Bombay High Court has issued a notice to tech giant and Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine promoter Bill Gates, along with others, after a petition was filed by the father of a woman who allegedly died after getting vaccinated.

The petitioner is Dilip Lunawat. He claims that his daughter Snehal, a doctor in Nashik, Maharashtra and a senior lecturer at the SMBT Dental College and Hospital, experienced severe side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine that she never recovered from. She died on March 1, 2021.

Lunawat noted that his daughter died around a month after first getting vaccinated with the Bill Gates-funded AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, distributed in India under the brand name Covidshield with the help of the Serum Institute of India (SII), a private biotechnology company. The state government of Maharashtra, Dr. V.G. Somani, the Drugs Controller General of India, the Union Health Ministry – the health ministry of India’s federal government – and Dr. Randeep Guleria, director of the All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi (AIIMS Delhi) were also cited as respondents to Lunawat’s petition.

Lunawat is asking the High Court of Bombay to force the respondents to compensate him for 1,000 crore rupees ($123.87 million) for the death of his daughter.

Petition blames Gates, Indian health officials for spreading lies about the vaccines

According to Lunawat, health workers all over India like his daughter took the COVID-19 vaccines after being lulled into a false sense of security due to “false narratives and misrepresentation” created by the petition respondents. Lunawat also blamed the implementation of mass vaccination programs by state authorities “without any proper verification,” which led many doctors like his daughter to their deaths.
