RESPONSE TO CONFUSION AND MISLEADING INFORMATION

Now we enter no brainer territory of the fundamentals of contract.
Please remember that public record documents control over all reports or claims or interpretation of non public activities concerning public records.

No public record = no fact or law or contract among entities, government, are possible because constructed entities need written records to validate all acts.

Identify the Parties.
Who are the parties to the foundational documents constructing our States and the States United?
The good People, recognized in the 1776 Declaration.

Identify the power or right of the parties to contract.
Prior to 1783 Treaty of Peace, every individual on the soil of what is now the States and nation, the United States of America, were subjects OWNED as chattel property by a King.
Kings property needs Kings permission to contract because only the owner of the chattel holds title to the property contracting.
Thus, the Declaration completed its self with the recognition that the American People were free to contract, Nunc pro Tunc 4 July 1776, when the King released his proprieties, lands and governments to the American People.
Article I of the 1783 Treaty of Peace wherein the King bound all heirs and assigns and his Royal franchise issued by and protected by the Holy See. Agent and principle law applies.

Public records available to any one world wide, particularly We Americans, identify perfectly the countries founding documents as; 1776 Declaration, State Constitutions, States perpetuity contract Confederation, and the later LLC management tool for the States United, the United States Government.
Check the government records for proof of fact and law.

SO, ANNA, where are the public records of these other two contracts you mention located, who are the parties, what capacity did they contract from, and WHO AGREED TO BE SUBJECT TO THEM?

I and many others have requested you produce the documents so they can be verified as valid over and over for years.
Nothing has ever been produced.
WHY?
Could it be that they do not exist and are all private actions among individuals disguised as somethings are not to sell fraud? Add, more to the point the theft of the American People’s Republic form of government.

Serious question!
When you fail to produce the facts, the public records to back up your statements and mislead people with incomplete records, naked claims, are you actually any different than the usurpers, the communist, the socialist, Wokist culture of personality thieves confusing our whole country right now?

Inquiring minds across the country wants to know!
