Please remember that Putin is nothing more than a "CEO" of the cartel-zone "Russia". In this position he is bound in his actions due to international treaties (=insurances). He is by no means independant or "free" in his decisions - but nevertheless an excellent legal player! - Up to my opinion he is executing his given powers optimally. He knows his boundaries and he knows how to stretch them in the interest of Russia and her people.

So, what is behind this latest Russian retreat to the river Orel line? AND - simultanousely retreating north of Kharkov behind her border!!!

Let's remember - in 1942 it was right there (Izum) that the Soviet Army suffered a devastating defeat (second Battle of Kursk) against the Germans! A quarter of a million (!) Soviet soldiers died or were wounded, while the Germans lost only about 1/10 of men and material.

I see two possibilities:

A) It's a nasty trap. The RUSS military withdrew without a fight, which is reasonable (about 4:1 inferiority). The UKR brought in all its reserves (including around 5-10,000 mercenaries - ACADEMI?) out of their hiding places in Kharkov into the open field. In contrast to NATO, RUSS has unlimited stockpiles of weapons. The latest fairy tales of Blinken regarding the alleged "deliveries of ammunition and weapons from N-Korea and Iran" are not without a certain lack of information and simply ridicolous.

B) It's a nasty trap. RUSS was ORDERED (by whom?) to withdraw because she was only given a mandate to protect her borders and interests. This step prevented, among other things, the threatening use of nuclear weapons and further escalation of the SMO.

It is interesting that RUSS has also withdrawn to its borders in the north. The UKR border town of Volchansk was abandoned and the Russian military drew back without being forced to do so.

If the UKR/NATO Military now should cross the state border (ATTENTION, HUUUGE TRAP! -> international law, legitimate CASUS BELLI: self-defense) all hell will be unleashed onto Kiev, LEGALLY.

Putin may declare war in accordance with international law.

No more SMO (Special Military Operation).
