During the FBI Raid raid on Mar-A Lago, someone either took it upon themselves or was instructed to spread so-called classified documents around the floor, photograph them, and send the photo out around the world in a pretended effort to show President Trump's carelessness in handling such documents.

Problem was, that if everything had been declassified as President Trump maintains it would have been for naught. The documents could just as well have been spread around the front lawn for all the difference it would have made. Likewise, of course, the whole Mar-A Lago optic would have been pointless.

Assuming the government's intended point of view therefore that the documents were not declassified, someone needs to go to jail for life for photographing classified documents and sending them out worldwide. Er, whoops.
