I started this music video at 5 minutes in to get to the heart of the story.

As I interpret this song they identify the faceless, soulless masses as crime ridden humans that deserve to be purged from the world. Their crimes are producing children and using excessive energy and making too much carbon pollution.

The lyrics reveal exactly what they mean by saying:
They(the masses) are so naïve, they think we(the wealthy elite globalists) aren't aware of their crimes

But we're just not ready to act (this was made in 2019 before the pandemic and the war against Russia)
The storm isn't in the air, it's inside of us (the globalists)
I want to tell you about love(love of the New world Order) and loneliness (the profound loneliness of chaos, destruction and death)
But it's getting late now (the hour is near for the approaching storm against humanity)

Not everyone is going to the future, (millions will die off during the storm and not see the NWO)

(then the rhythmic beat of the music carries the people up the stairs, marching to their death as they fall backwards over the edge. The players begin a transformation with their hoodies removed and they move in synchronized contortions with their bodies convulsing together. The transition from their miserable and worthless lives to the acceptance of their demise is now realized. With resignation towards life and abandonment of all things, they methodically make their way to the edge where they fall backwards into oblivion. All this is done while the drums beat and horns blow and the music plays on to keep them in a hypnotic state. That is a death dance, and what the globalist have planned for their eternal enemy.)

I could list hundreds of others that have either been forced to fight in a losing war, or have come from other countries to volunteer to fight in the Ukraine army, and end up dead. This is a literal death march, a dance of death through deception and lies.
This is a great tragedy of our time and a waste of human lives that should have lived to a ripe old age. Russia has reduced their military presence to a very minimum, and send out flyers asking the soldiers to surrender or go home. But the commanders in the Ukraine army are shooting their soldiers if they try to surrender.
In some areas entire Ukraine platoons have refused to fight and have been kept locked up in their barracks. It has become a huge embarrassment to the Ukrainians. But the loses are building a thousand a day, and it's only a matter of time before the entire Ukraine military and government will collapse.
