Envelopes are more important than the ballots and are required to be stored in chain of custody for 22 months. AZ election officials claim they DON'T have storage for the envelopes and destroy them.

Pulitzer asserts that in every category, the election is NOT certifiable.

Predetermined Ballots

A predetermined ballot means a human did not cast that vote. The machine inserted the vote. It did not exist. Sharpie bleeds cause the ballot to be suspended and placed into a hold. Maricopa AZ doesn't have election day, it has election month. The way the cheat is by forced adjudication. By holding the sharpie bleeds votes, you now have a way to modify things after the election to fabricate the results you want. So the ten days after the election was used to swap out the original ballots.

What happened to the original ballots that were being held for adjudication?
