Ron Unz has been doing research on Covid origins when he came upon an overlooked clip from ABC news. In early January 2020 it was widely reported around the world that a new viral outbreak happened in China. The virus spread to the US by late February. Then the attention was totally on the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) as the source of the virus. Two and a half years later and we are still uncertain whether the virus was a lab leak product or that it came from animals. Ron Unz showed a clip from ABC news (broadcasted around April 2020). It said that the first report of a viral outbreak in China came from a US Intelligence report from November 2019. Ron said that the virus could be spreading during November 2019, but nobody knew there was an outbreak until December 2019! So how did US intelligence know that an outbreak was coming? His thesis is that the Covid virus came from the US. He calls for an independent investigation into his claim. His article contains much good information.
