For low melanin beings, in order to tan, their heart chakras must be in tune with the frequency of melanin. That means they must view melanin and people with melanin as a blessing rather than a curse. When the heart chakra is in tune with the frequency of melanin, the endocrine gland located near the heart chakra (Thymus) send signals to the pineal gland to produce more melanin, but Western science has not advanced this far because instruments cannot measure non-physical phenomenon. That's why they made that movie "Music of the Spheres" where at the end, the girl's skin changes color and becomes golden tan.

The increased energies hitting the planet will not allow those in love with their whiteness to remain on the planet. They are preparing for a sudden exit but will try and use end-of-the-world fear tactics to reach their quota of 80 million in space.
