Russia's military right now is learning how to coordinate and attack an enemy using all of its most powerful conventional weapons as well as how to capture and control territory in its wake.
NATO doesn't have the synergy that Russia's experienced and vetted military will have.
This does not bode well for a Europe dead set on fighting Russia.
