I joined a local group 20 years ago about Taxes & the IRS.

Federal Income taxes are voluntary...not mandatory.

There is no law that says you have to pay taxes on your personal income from labor.

There are a few exceptions:

...if you work for the government you have to pay.

...if you are here working with a green card.

...if you are in the military.

What happened with you (and most people make this mistake) is you signed the 1040 form and entered into a contract with them.

Then it is legal for them to go after you.

You should NEVER sign a 1040 form.

They use fear (not the law) to get you to pay taxes.

They take some poor guy to jail and take his house and everything and show that on TV and say this guy didn't pay his taxes. Fear...fear...fear...

So most don't know so go pay it.

I have seen lots of people deal with the IRS by sending them a letter and telling them to simply show me the law that states I have to pay the feds taxes on my income for labor.

They can't show you because it don't exist...and they never reply. The person never hears from them again.

But if you don't sign the contract...they got nothing.

The good news for you and all of us is...the IRS is Dead...History.

And everything they ever did was unconstitutional. So not they got to pay everybody back all the taxes you ever paid them.

So if you are tied up in litigation...either ask them to show you the law...or just play along and know it doesn't matter because every dime you give them...they got to give it back.

And they will.

We all get out strawman accounts back too (TDA accounts) where they traded you on the stock market all you life and it grew to a fortune. You get it back now...and more.
