LACK OF JURISDICTION IS A FATAL DEFECT IN GOVERNMENT PROCESS.

Now we enter true no brainer territory.

Any systemite, particularly judges, that do not understand the Peoples Original Political Jurisdiction and live under it are committing TREASON.

1. The legislative branches of the governments are not granted any authority to legislate OVER the subject matter of either the States constitutions Declarations of Rights, nor the national government to legislate OVER the Bill of Rights.

Thus, all legislation touching the Rights of the People that compromise, impair, infringe or in any manner whatsoever limit the Secured Rights of the People are VOID.

LACK OF JURISDICTION!

2. The judicial branches of the States and national government are not granted jurisdiction
OVER the subject matter of either the States Declarations of Rights, nor the national governments Bill of Rights, nor the contracts between the People called Constitutions.

Thus, all judicial process touching the Rights of the People that compromise, impair, infringe or in any manner whatsoever limit the Secured Rights of the People, or touch the People’s contracts with out identifying permission to do so are VOID.

3. The Executive branches of the States and national government are not granted jurisdiction to recognize either the judicial nor legislative branches trespass upon the People’s secured Rights, defined as Supreme Law of the Land in the States constitutions Declarations of Rights, and the national governments Bill of Rights.

The Executive branches of the States and national government are not granted jurisdiction to recognize either the judicial nor legislative branches trespass upon the the Peoples Original Political Jurisdiction known as Constitutions.

Thus, law enforcement executing either legislation or judicial orders that Lack Jurisdiction over the subject matters of either the People’s by law Secured Rights or the People’s Constitutions is VOID.

LACK OF JURISDICTION!

Now, American People, what are you individually going to do about the crimes committed against the People’s Supreme Law of the land, our Secured Rights, and our Original Political Jurisdiction, both constructed by the People’s Constitutions, which are contracts between the People that every public servant pledges absolute fidelity to serve and bonds that fidelity with their signature on their oath of office or employment contract.

Exercising or claiming to exercise governmental powers when that exercise LACKS JURISDICTION, is a CONVERSION of the People’s powers to of individual public servants private use, a THEFT, of the People’s Political Will, our Secured Rights, our Law, which is the highest crime in the land, TREASON!

Beneficiaries use the word TREASON in context of the Peoples Original Political Jurisdiction because We the People never granted authority to our public servants to define what We as a People consider TREASON against us as Americans. Many other crimes are incorporated in actions resulting in the charge of TREASON.

Beneficiaries Definition of TREASON: the betrayal of allegiance towards one’s own country, hostility to the Constitutions, Declaration of Rights at the State level and Bill of Rights at the national, aid to enemies attacking our culture, our American identity; breach the public trust reposed in public servants, betrayal of their fellow man through treachery in a breach of faith in their own bonded fidelity publicly executed by signature on oath of office or employment contract.
