I believe the root issues are missing, which makes the conclusions incomplete.

When published, this Monograph will be forwarded to Trump, and a few others, as properly served.

While I agree the Devolution story is at best very iffy, a few more facts complete the picture and hopefully offer a different perspective, opening exciting dialogues. I offer for your cogitation what we Beneficiaries recognized starting in mid 2017.

I agree the Devolution has no track record of either success or validity.

I am not willing to say that Devolution is not in action. Simply because I am not party to any of the secret squirrel world Devolution would be required to act in to be successful.
Stories offered by second hand reporters claiming INTEL from inside the Devolution operation are just that, second hand.
First hand eye witness evidence is quite valid any where at all times. Where is it in the Devolution narrative?
Why, if Devolution is actually in action and having effect is that fact a secret? Some thing missing in the equation and it’s serious.

Trump is a master systemite. His track record, prior to assumption of the Peoples office of President, shows he knows how to work with in the confines of the paradigm controlling yesterdays culture. Masterful and very successful describes that record. Any one not understanding yesterdays culture and operational systems are not dead and dying more every day is either stupid or a woke democrat or both.

His presidential actions shows he not only understood the system, yet more, how to use it to institute some changes.
Again masterful and very successful. Most for the betterment of the People he promised to serve. Great success in that controlled environment only serves that environment.

Yesterdays cultures of law, business, social order are no more so all those success’s are of little value in present circumstance.
Reliance in the present, for future success, on past achievements in what is now so clearly recognized as a completely corrupted system is the same dead end as the system of yesterdays operations. Dead on arrival.

On January 17, 2017, Trump promised to give the country back to the People because it was ours.
He failed in his promise. And, miserably so!
The question is how and the cause.
Thus this cogitation email.

Trump, not one time as President applied the law, the Supreme Laws of the country and the states. Granted there was some rhetoric concerning constitutional issues, but that was all.
As the Chief Law Enforcement officer Trump had access to many many procedures to apply the laws as written from the powers of the office of President. Not once was the law identified, moved into execution against known criminals. Instead media and social media games were played. Arguments concerning essentially non issues of finger pointing was all the People saw coming out of our White House. The crooks controlled the dialogues and Trump reacted under their terms and conditions, on their field, with their referees and score keepers. Trump admitted by his actions one of two things. The crooks really were in control. Or, Trump was fearful of executing the law. Usually those afraid of the law are terrified that use of the law will attach them as well.

Secondarily Trump acted out a decision that he could not take the law and it’s execution to the People. Trump did not trust the People. Essentially TRUMP made the judgement that the power of the law in action through his Presidential action was inferior and subject to media, social, crooked political and corrupted legal operations. Or, Trump was afraid of failure.

Trump denied the American People access to our law, denied us the right to act, the opportunity to support our President.
Trump failed to call the corruption to account by simply returning to the fundamentals of the Rule of Law by not executing the laws and calling on the People to assist in its execution.
We the People were judged incompetent to guide our own country by our actions.

We the People were judged incompetent to recognize right from wrong and more to the point incompetent to act to address the corruption.

Trump created the largest army of patriots the world has ever seen. The number of Trump supporters dwarfed the other characters.

Trump accepted the position as our leader.
Then he failed to actually lead.

The President is like a General controlling an army.
The General lays out the strategy, the tactics, identifies the enemy and their positions and then marshals his forces and gives the order of battle to his army.

Trump failed to act as the leader in the war perpetrated on the American People.

No path to address the root problems was ever presented.
Thus, We the People are currently living in a night mare that is getting worse.

Failing to even attempt to provide the army with the facts concerning the war against us and then ask We the People if We would act and go to war to protect our selves and our American culture was a judgement.

We the People suffer right now because we have failed to act on our own. The most beautiful fact of our American adventure is We get the government we deserve.

We the Beneficiaries provided Trump at the White House legal and lawful tools and mechanisms to address systemic problems numerous times. Rumor Mill News published 85% of those official duly served documents. Start in May of 2017 in the way back machine to see the articles. You will find Trump had the tools to act.

Then please review the Devolution narrative compared to the facts of record.
