Did Rep Marjorie Greene Approve of "a Bullet Thru Nancy Pelosi's Head"?

by Mary W Maxwell, PhD, LLB

Knock-knock.
Who's there?
The Constitution.
What do you want?
I want you to understand me.

Dear Americans, as you may have noticed, we have a constitution. It gives excellent protection against a "takeover." I'll bet any scheme you can think of, for an internal coup, has got a useful counterpoint in the US Constitution. Yes, we are safe and secure.

So why was everybody nervous in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election? and why did many Americans feel distressed after January 6th or after the January 20th Inauguration?

I blame the media for not covering the important parts. I blame schools for not teaching the Constitution. I blame SCOTUS for not taking the ballot-integrity case filed by Texas, pre-January 6. I blame Trump -- who was still president from January 7th till January 19th, 2021 -- for not inviting everyone to sit down and go over what happened on January 6th at the Capitol.

Instead, we had the usual made-up stuff. It was Sandy-Hook-esque. (See my book "Unreality" about Sandy Hook.)

Marjorie Taylor Greene

Ms Marjorie Greene was elected in 2020, from Georgia, to take a seat on January 3, 2021 in the House of Representatives. She is a Republican who speaks her mind. Yesterday, YouTube was full of videos about her answering questions under oath. Most of the clips had headlines such as "Greene humiliated," "Greene forced to admit she did [such-and-such].

Those headlines were inaccurate, as far as I could tell from watching her give answers (somewhat evasively). I like her, but I'm not here to support her. I'm here to (as always) state the law. Here are 5 questions:

1. What is the proper way to dethrone a congressperson?
2. What is the proper way to dethrone a Speaker of the House?
3. What is the proper way to dethrone a president?
4. What is the proper way to dethrone Tony Fauci?
5. What is the proper way to invalidate a federal election?

1. I won't bother to mention that you can get rid of a congressperson by "not voting for them next time." We're looking for ways to dethrone one immediately. There are three ways:

A. Demand his resignation based on allegation of some terrible action he performed. (This sometimes works.) B. Arrest him, if he has obviously committed a state or federal crime -- technically that does not cause him to lose his seat in Congress, but it may prompt him to resign. C. Call for a vote in Congress for 2/3 of the members to expel him, per Article I of the US Constitution. No proof of his bad behavior is needed for that.

James Traficant, US Rep from Ohio, was expelled in 2002 by fellow reps; expulsion is per chamber -- see Article I, section 5. Traficant had been convicted for taking bribes. (I think the reps were under pressure to vote him out for another reason in 2002.) Later, he died of a heart attack (?) while sitting in a tractor that fell over.

You may recall that an attempt was made to "not seat" Adam Clayton Powell in the House after his re-election, but in 1969 the court ruled that the situation did not meet the criteria for expulsion.

2. To dethrone a Speaker of the House, the reps simply vote for someone else. Marjorie Greene stands accused of (or at least questioned about) having "liked" a tweet that says "It would be easier to put a bullet thru Pelosi's head." No, it would be easier to vote her out of the speakership. Incidentally, Traficant, a Dem, once voted for a Republican to be Speaker of the House (Dennis Hastert). In response, the Republican leadership (so-called) took away Traficant's committee assignments.

Very naughty -- every rep is entitled to vote as he wishes. This was the early stages of the Westminster-ization of Congress, which is killing us today.

3. To dethrone a president, the House has to vote to impeach and 2/3rd of the Senate has to vote to convict. (No president has yet been dethroned this way.) Article II, section 4 says the causes of conviction are "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." It is political not judicial; the president has no comeback.

Treason itself invites the penalty of death, per Article III, section 3. It is applicable not only to a president but to anyone "who owes allegiance to the United States" (per 18 USC 2381). I think there could be hangings galore.

I think the six judges who recently voted for the execution of Jahar Tsarnaev, knowing full well that he is innocent of the Boston Marathon bombing -- they know it at least from my amicus brief -- could be indicted for treason.

I elaborate on that (calling it "Type 2 judicial treason") in my 2015 book "Fraud Upon the Court," with regard to the September 21, 2011 execution of Troy Davis. By the way, Jahar's brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in FBI custody in 2013, on April 19th, a day sacred to the idiot occultists. There is no way Tamerlan was run over by his bro, and it's a great embarrassmen that Bostonians fell for the story. Please see my book "Boston's Marathon Bombing: What Can Law Do?"

4. How to dethrone Tony Fauci? I had assumed he was impeachable as a "civil officer of the United States," but when reading the Wikipedia article on Marjorie Greene today, I saw it mentioned that Greene asked for Fauci's impeachment but, says Wiki, he is not impeachable as director of National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases. I can't research that at the moment but, if it is correct, it doesn't much matter. The president can and should sack Fauci.

Also, the DoJ should arrest Fauci. Senator Rand Paul has already clarified Fauci's sponsorship of gain-of-function research in defiance of Congress's veto. Can you imagine that. What are you waiting for Mr Garland -- hell to freeze over?

5. What is the way to invalidate a federal election?

Glad you asked.

At the end of this article, I will give a link to my long-winded article on the electoral college. But here, in the context of the Marjorie Greene deposition, I will just say that citizens have some inaccurate ideas about how to handle a stolen election. There is only one constitutional way for a US president to be elected. It depends on states.

Granted, there are federal election laws, such as the requirement for a campaigner to report donations received, but the US Constitution clearly puts the election of a president in the hands of the states' respective "electoral colleges."

Before January 6 -- the day that Congress ceremonially opens and counts the 535 electoral ballots -- there was plenty of talk about vote-cheating. (I think there has been massive software-based fraud in elections for over 50 years.) Before the January 6 ceremony, states could have stepped in to deal with their own electoral college people who were expected to echo the questionable November 2020 vote.

But once January 6 arrived, it was up to the president of the Senate (the VP, Mike Pence) to observe Article 12 of the Constitution. He should have, and I assume would have, allowed any challenge to be presented that day in Congress. Days before, there was an unofficial count of reps -- 139 of them, probably all Republicans, said they intended to make a challenge on January 6, 2021.

Owing to the "disturbance," aka the invasion of the Capitol building, Congress adjourned till 8pm. on January 6. After 8pm, the 139 persons did not bring a challenge. Wikipedia says Greene challenged the Michigan count -- good for her -- but it's not enough for one rep to challenge; a senator must co-sign and then the thing goes to each chamber for a debate. Greene did not get a senator to co-sign. Her challenge died on the vine.

Personally, I think the election of Biden became valid at that point. The proper constitutional way of invalidating it (codified at 3 USC 15) was available, but Congresspersons -- from sea to shining sea -- chose not to use it. Yes, it was Congress's prerogative, per the Constitution, to let even a very dubious electoral ballot-count stand.

I myself was a candidate, on the Republican ballot in New Hampshire, in the 2020 presidential primary, so was paying attention to who was winning. I lost to Trump, of course. Kamala Harris dropped out of the Democrat race early after getting insufficient support. I recall talk that Biden was thinking of not bothering to attend the South Carolina primary since he was not well supported.

Yet Biden and Harris are now in the White House. That is wholly legitimate, in my opinion. We are lucky to have a constitution that does not allow, say, military intervention. Just think, what if the military had marched Trump back into office? At that moment we would truly have lost our constitution as there is no constitutional authority for such military action.

Those who are unhappy with Biden or Harris can agitate for impeachment. Either of them is also liable to prosecution for any crime committed. One often hears that the high-ups have official immunity. That's correct if it relates to immunity from lawsuit for governmental decisions they make.

But no one, absolutely no-one in the US, has immunity from prosecution for a crime he or she commits. What the high-ups have today is impunity ("lack of punishment"), not immunity. We citizens are causing the impunity, are we not? See my website: www.ConstitutionAndTruth.com.

Why Was Marjorie Greene in the Dock Yesterday?

How is it that a judge, on April 23, 2022, was overseeing an attorney interrogate Rep Greene? She was asked to fess up to such things as what she wrote on her Facebook page. It seems that someone (in the DoJ? I'm not sure) had noticed that the Fourteenth Amendment says a person cannot serve in Congress after taking part in an insurrection. To be exact, section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment-- written in 1866 after the Civil War -- says:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

I surmise that the grilling of Greene is related to the search to find out who did what in relation to the invasion of the Capitol. Is she an insurrectionist? Did she rebel against the Constitution? It's extremely unlikely that Rep Greene did that, but it is a very good thing that the matter is open for investigation. We need to know the facts of January 6.

It's also nice to see, in the Fourteenth Amendment, that somebody gives a hoot about our politicians being held to the oath they take to support the parchment. Since 1952, Congress has uniformly breached that oath of office in regard to Article I, section 8, Clause 11 -- Congress's duty to declare war, not to let a president go to war on his own say-so. See my book "Prosecution for Treason."

All the media hype about Marjorie being humiliated, or whatever, is no doubt meant to distract us from the fact that Biden thinks he can declare a war, even a nuclear war, when he feels like it.

One more thing: Rep Greene was accused (before the recent hearing) of calling the media a bunch of prostitutes. She later offered her apology -- to all prostitutes -- for having made that association.

The law as to what happened in the 2020 election.
