Now another exclamation what happens to all the over "millions of houses" in the United States.

The other day I went into a senior living facility wondering what they offered in the way of 'rented senior housing'.

I was shown by a resident a 1 bedroom Apt. 1 bath apt. that had been vacated. All was well and good.

Upon viewing the application requirements, there were many documents needed to "apply" for application.

Application for a senior also put 18+ information that had to be documented.

Social Security, (original, no copies).
6 months bank Statements; all savings; bitcoin, etc.

Birth Certificate of senior as well as 18+ year old.

I went to the website of the developer who had recently bought the senior building, (This developer had built many other buildings across the US).

It showed the awards and statistics of the developers many buildings.

Also shown was a picture of two Afhanastanian families the builder had placed in his units. A red Flag went off!!!

In other words I had walked into a "senior social security" mill which the government now pays out thousands of dollar to these development 'investment' companies all across America.

If I had applied and given all my documents for that 1 bedroom unit, they would have taken "all" of my information copied it, passed it along and probably told me the unit had been taken.

While there with the senior lady who showed me the bedroom, she said they had a two bedroom unit that didn't get rented for about a year.

Probably the manager hadn't met her quota of documents and needed more time to flush out the seniors.

Seniors and anyone else looking to apply for a nice rental, please ask questions and vet the developer before giving any information to these people.

They have their managers all set up to do the 'bidding' for them and you will have been a victim of fraud...takes many years to clear your records.

These developers are making millions (paid by the taxpayers), bringing in the "immigrants" and giving them homes that the 'American seniors' on the streets aren't able to possess!
