As it turns out, all the children were accounted for in normal deaths at the schools that took place over about a 100 year time span. The schools kept records of deaths of all the students, even if they died when they were not even there, like over the week end or summer or whatever, and the deaths where all logged for what disease or what accident or other event caused the deaths. Most of the kids were buried in tribal graves that were not even at the school.

How the scam was perpetrated:

The schools kept the complete records that were also logged with the state, and had two lists - a list of total deaths and a list of individual deaths. The list of total deaths did not cite reasons, it was just a general overview. As it turns out the ground penetrating radar was looking at disturbances in the soil caused by tree roots and not a single body was ever exhumed because there were none. There were no secret mass graves, the entire theme was invented by leftists who merged the totals lists with the detailed lists and then claimed twice as many kids died than did, and subsequently hatched a lie about mass graves.
