I was happy to see the Supreme Court correctly and constitutionally reject the Biden administration's dictatorial attempt to force private employers with more than 100 employees to get vaxxed, submit to weekly testing, and wear a mask indoors.
OSHA has never, in its history involved itself in such a mandate. Companies are already crying for more help. So, let's see, how about we run off a good number of employees who were too smart to take these poisons? That should help their bottom line.
Of course, the Supreme Court didn't tell companies they couldn't mandate these requirements either. I'm guessing many will continue, especially in blue states. And the top bobblehead told companies to ignore the Supreme Court and the Constitution.
As the conservatives on the court rightly pointed out, these mandates don't have congressional approval. When did we start allowing agencies to legislate anything? Oh, yeah, under Obama.
Biden and the Deep State were salivating, hoping the Supreme Court would give them the authority to control yet more areas of our lives. That would have been another example of the camel's nose in the tent. Most jobs have some kind of potential risk. That's why most companies have regular safety meetings.
I was also very disappointed, but not at all surprised to see the Supreme Court go along with mandating the vax, weekly testing, and masking for health care workers. This will likely be the end of allopathic medicine and Big Pharma, but it will take a while. That's the good news.
Seventeen hundred employees at the hospital where my daughter works, are ready to walk away from their jobs. And the maintenance department just walked out. All three-hundred of them. Some of these jobs aren't going to be easy for National Guard to just step into.
No one should have the right to force anyone to take an experimental drug into their body. That is unconstitutional and against the policy of the American Medical Association. Or at least, it used to be. One of their planks says, "People have the right to refuse any medical procedure or any drug."
Their argument to health care workers that they are required to take Hep B, MMR, and flu shots doesn't wash either. That varies from place to place. And those vaccines went through lengthy and rigorous testing and were approved by the FDA, unlike these poisons.
How the Justices failed to realize that these mandates violate several Federal laws and the Nuremberg Code, is beyond me. Too many ethical doctors and scientists have exposed these fake vaccines and the dangers they pose to anyone who takes them. But also to an already fragile health care system.
Already, people in many areas of the country, certainly in my own state, are unable to get what is referred to as elective surgery because the hospitals are overrun with COVID vaccine injury patients. How much worse will it get before the people rise up and throw this tyranny off? The Deep State desperately wants another Civil War. What they will get instead if they keep this nonsense up is another Revolutionary War.
As for the Supreme Court and Congress (It is only a matter of time before Congress is fully involved) the Founding Fathers, in my opinion, made two serious mistakes. One was just limiting the number of years each congressman could serve in a term. They should have also limited the number of times they could run for office. That is how you wind up with career politicians who have spent nearly their entire lives suckling on the taxpayer's nipples.
The other mistake was in giving lifetime appointments to the Supreme Court. If you can't be held accountable for bad behavior (bad decisions) what incentive do you have to do the right thing?
