Eco Health Alliance approached DARPA back in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct gain of function research on bat related sicknesses. And you know what happened? DARPA rejected the request because of safety concerns and that it violated a gain of function research moratorium. Yet of course, Eco Health Alliance and Fauci just went around DARPA and US rules and had this research carried out in China, where there weren't such regulations in place. In the video above, I explain how this bombshell that just came out in leaked military documents directly contradicts comments Fauci made under oath.
