Live Active War Game Exercise

I think the whole COVID operation is an Active War Game Exercise. At least as it was presented to the politicians and national leaders. They were briefed that we are engaging in an active war game of a pandemic outbreak and we need to see it though to completion so we can be prepared for a REAL pandemic. This would explain why so many politicians usually have a smirk on their faces and are obstinate in their policies and mandates. Most don't know or see what is REALLY going on. If you recall, most false flags are conducted under the auspice of some kind of exercise; 911 being the perfect example. This is their MO. Dupe the leaders and representatives under National Security Secrecy, this will result in them totally complying while keeping their mouths shut. Divert generous funding to reward those who are successfully conducting the war game by the established parameters and dictates. It is ONE GIANT CON amid absolute and total deception. Even the military being completely duped.

It would explain how you could get SO MANY to operate in lockstep imposing what we have seen since this COVID operation commenced. I am surprised no one has thought of this very plausible possibility. Even using a live albeit mild bioweapon to simulate a flu outbreak. What a perfect cover to facilitate harmful injections on the population.

And even more insidious. This can have the effect of destroying total confidence and lay the groundwork to unleash a REAL bioweapon (the injections?) and then the masses are conditioned to respond by not complying as they have been duped to not be fooled yet again. Absolute evil.
