As the Legacy-LAMESTREAM-Media continues to avoid covering the current hemorrhaging of the on-going collapse of China's financial system....which looks to be quite large enough to spread ....and be the trigger to the next international financial day of reckoning we all know is coming.... but haven't been able to identify when.....Robert Shiller has just given a timely warning of the status of the bigger than ever before HOUSING PRICE BUBBLE!

Hint: It's not looking very well for the future! The link to the article is worth opening ....even if just to glance at the Real Home Prices chart it included.

I'm no an economist and I'm certainly not as smart as Robert Shiller....so I don't give financial advice to others. I can share with you my own personal plan for myself as I look at that chart in the light of the context of China's Evergrande disaster.....I expect at least a 25% decrease in home prices one year from now and potentially 50% decrease. So I'd like to buy silver and gold today.....to sell and buy real estate after the correction.

What are others thoughts? Could we finally be at the precipice and are we seeing the trigger?
