Record-breaking 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs in August, new data show

Across the country, people are leaving their jobs at record rates.
According to data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Tuesday, 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs in August. The nationwide quit rate increased to 2.9% of the workforce. That's the highest percentage ever reported by the BLS Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey series.

To put August's numbers in perspective, the number of workers who quit their jobs rose by 242,000 from July — and by around 1.3 million since August 2020, which recorded a total of almost 3 million quits.

Experts stress that people are leaving their jobs as workers across the country are demanding higher pay, better employment conditions and critical support in their daily lives.

My comment: We are not being told the real story. The fact that millions of people don't show up for work doesn't mean they all "quit" - they could have gotten sick or died from the Covid shots. Some of them may have moved away to escape the urban areas that are riddled with crime. Some may have moved to other locations to live with relatives because they couldn't make ends meet where they lived. Some of the families may have decided to take their children out of public schools and move to a state that doesn't have drugs sold on every street corner and they can homeschool their children in a more wholesome environment.

Whatever the case may be, the statistics are showing a strange trend that no one expected. Americans have been attacked by a bio-weapon and they are doing whatever they can to get away from violence in the cities, brainwashing and immorality in the public schools, and to recuperate from losing a loved one to the plandemic.
The higher wages they are paying for workers now, is simply not enough of an incentive for people to even show up for the job interviews. But, if thousands of people are dead and many more hundreds of thousands are struggling with Covid illnesses, the truth is, the nation no longer has the employee base to fill the positions.
