Most of the COVID regulations being enforced against travel and the censorship of speech about the Vaccines and their danger, Violate the United Nations Covenant on Human Rights adopted by all countries in 1966.

Sometimes when people are caught in the thick of a situation, memory of the past gives way to the turmoil of the present. Such seems to be the case with regard to COVID restrictions and more importantly, to the censorship being implemented regarding discussion about the COVID vaccines.

In 1966, the countries which are members of the United Nations adopted the Covenant on Human Rights, which is legally applicable to all countries which ratified it. All 172 then-member nations ratified it.

Article 7 of the UN Convention on Human rights makes explicitly clear:

Within Article 7 is this: "In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation."

That is precisely what the COVID-19 vaccines are, and have been; medical experimentation.

States (nations) that are now forcing citizens to receive such experimental vaccinations are directly violating Article 7 of the UN Covenant on Human Rights. Forcing the vaccine upon people is illegal.

Depriving citizens of freedom of movement is also explicitly illegal.

Article 12 of the UN Convention on Human Rights makes clear:

Article 12 makes clear "Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence."

Restricting free movement of people within their countries is illegal.

RESTRICTIONS ON EXERCISING RELIGION
The UN Covenant on Human Rights protects the ability of people ". . . in public and in private" to gather together and exercise their Religion.

Specifically, Article 18 of the Covenant makes clear:

The language of Article 18 is unambiguous in its declaration "1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching."

States and even courts have recently held that prohibitions on gatherings in Churches could be banned or otherwise regulated over COVID concerns. Those concerns are speculative about the spread of disease, they are not fact-based. One must prove that COVID was, in fact, spread within such a gathering, before there is actual evidence of disease spread, before such particular gathering can be regulated or banned.

The argument that such gatherings "might" spread disease is speculation, not evidence. Rights cannot be abridged on speculation.

CENSORSHIP
Nowhere is the COVID-19 situation more egregious than in state and corporate Censorship of discussion about the disease itself and about the vaccine. In particular, the adverse reactions, injuries and deaths being caused by the vaccines.

Social media companies have been censoring such information every single day and this censorship is ILLEGAL.

Article 19 of the UN Covenant on Human Rights makes clear:

Companies like FACEBOOK, TWITTER, REDDIT and a plethora of others, seem to many people to be zealously violating this provision, taking down postings of users, suspending or canceling user accounts and intercepting posts to insert anti-post advice. These actions appear to many people to be ILLEGAL.

GET JABBED OR GET FIRED
The most recent tyrannical application of COVID-19 treachery is the "mandate" that employees of certain companies must "get the jab or get fired." This appears, on its face, to be coercion to take part in medical and scientific experimentation, forbidden as earlier mentioned under Article 7.

Joe Biden, the present occupant of the Office of President of the United States, even went on national television and announced that his regime would make a rule requiring any corporation with 100 or more employees to force employees to get the vaccine under penalty of heavy monetary fines.

That coercion is flatly forbidden under Article 7, and the United States is violating Article 7 if it proceeds to implement what Biden demands.

People can and should avail themselves of this Covenant, especially Americans because, within the Constitution for the united States, under Article VI, Section 2 is the following absolute:

Article VI
Clause 2
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

So not only is the UN Covenant on Human Rights equal to the highest law of the United States, Judges in every state are bound by it!

EUA is not Licensed

The current genetic therapies masquerading as "vaccines" are all being distributed under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), they are NOT Licensed.

While the US Food and Drug Administration did grant a license for a so-called "vaccine" named "Comirnaty" that vaccine is not yet in production and is not yet available anywhere. As such, the older vaccines are still being distributed and they are MEDICAL EXPERIMENTATION outlawed by the Covenant above.
