This law suit is merely the first TOOL.

I wrote the suit for a friend who I know is a Stand Up American and won’t back down.

We decided to use IRS as first focus because of the history of IRS, US DOJ, abuses are well documented records exposing the fraud and felonies.
Most People understand there is something very wrong in the taxing scheme.
This issue is not mixed into the current COVID PLANDEMIC confusions and thus easier for People to wrap their minds around.

Soon there will be a web site OSRTAX.SOLUTIONS, OPEN SOURCE RESOLUTIONS, posting a Rule 19 Joinder demanding TAX EXEMPT STATUS from federal taxes UNTIL the IRS and Attorney General prove from certified public documents the authority to tax the People.

PREMISE OF CIVIL ACTION CONTRACT.
We the People created all governments. None of We the People hold powers to regulate or tax our neighbors. When We the People do not hold powers we could never give what We don’t have to give.
Thus government holds no police powers to tax the People and must obtain consent from the People.
Forced or being deceived under threat of the law or legal process coercion is SLAVERY.

I have asked this question of thousands and thousands of people over 30 years. Not one answered in the affirmative.

For those afraid of the system please understand that as a joinder plaintiff the IRS et al will be creating proof of fact if they attack any American when they can-not produce their authorities.
The proof will be that recognition of our TAX EXEMPT STATUS is in IRS CODE under REVOCATION OF ELECTION and the law suit as structured proves why that section is there.
