A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov observing that the situation in Afghanistan highlights the need for joint efforts by Russia and the West, with his stating: “Joint efforts by Russia and the West to help resolve numerous regional crises and conflicts are relevant…It has become even more clear after the situation in Afghanistan collapsed following a hasty withdrawal of US and NATO troops”, says concurring with this observation is Federation Council Deputy Speaker Konstantin Kosachev, who further stated: “Russia’s position looks far more yielding as it has already begun efforts to bring closer positions of all concerned sides, including our partners in the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the European Union, given that it won’t repeat the United States’ mistakes and will offer help rather than edification”.
Security Council Members in this transcript note with concern that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden has not spoken to any other world leader since the Taliban took full control over Afghanistan, but did have his national security officials send out a notice to the estimated up to 40,000 American citizens still in Afghanistan beyond shockingly telling them “We Cannot Guarantee Your Security”—a shock notice coming at the same time Biden ordered the US military to prepare its bases in America to house over 30,000 Afghan refugees at a cost of $500-million—after which it saw his National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan admitting that a “fair amount” of US weapons fell into the hands of the Taliban, with his stating: “We don’t have a complete picture obviously of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban...Obviously, we don't have a sense that they are going to readily hand it over to us at the airport”.
This transcript sees Security Council Members reviewing the reactions to socialist leader Biden’s humiliating defeat in Afghanistan, most notable of which is President Donald Trump, who ripped the Bush Crime Family for starting the wars in Middle East by saying: “I Believe It Was the Worst Decision in the History of Our Country”, then stated: “When China watches this, they are so happy and they're laughing at us... Security Council Members in this transcript note some of the most embarrassing reactions are coming from those like highly-influential Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who broadcast to the entire Middle East: “Biden said that he spent more than a trillion dollars and here are the Americans who came out as humiliated, losers and defeated...Biden wanted a civil war in Afghanistan through a fight between the Taliban and Afghan forces...Then the Americans took out the equipment, even the sniffer dogs, from Afghanistan, and they did not take out those who dealt with them...Biden then said that it is not the Americans' duty to fight for anyone...This is a message to those who are waiting for him to fight on their behalf”—a scathing rebuke of socialist leader Biden quickly joined by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stating: “The West couldn’t carry on the war in Afghanistan without America”—then saw soon-to-be German Chancellor Armin Laschet calling the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan “the greatest debacle that NATO has experienced since its foundation”, then he angrily asked Biden: “Whatever happened to ‘America is back’?”—saw NATO member Latvian Defense Minister Artis Pabriks saying that the American defeat in Afghanistan is “the demise of long-term nation-building projects, and the decision to withdraw was essentially foisted on Europeans”, then he declared: “This era is over…Unfortunately, the West, and Europe in particular, are showing they are weaker globally”—though most succinctly, and accurately, today it sees High Representative of the European Union Josep Borrell declaring: “The Taliban have won the war so we will have to talk to them”.
This transcript sees Security Council Members agreeing that the most critical to notice reaction of what’s occurring in Afghanistan is from Iran, that today still remembers with hatred when terrorists linked to the Taliban executed 11 of their diplomats in 1998—an Iran whose surrogate forces are eradicating ISIS barbarians in both Syria and Iraq, and yesterday took notice when the former head of ISIS in South Asia was taken by the Taliban from an Afghan government prison and killed on the spot—a swift execution by the Taliban of this ISIS leader that was quickly followed by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi officially declaring: “The Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the reign of the will of the wronged people of Afghanistan has always created security and stability…While consciously monitoring developments in the country, Iran is committed to neighbourly relations”—an official declaration followed by the International Atomic Energy Agency announcing that Iran increased the purity to which it is refining uranium to 60% fissile purity from 20% in April, with weapons-grade being around 90% purity, and Iran capped at 3.67% by the 2015 nuclear agreement—a stunning announcement US State Department spokesperson Ned Price responded to by stating: “Iran has no credible need to produce uranium metal, which has direct relevance to nuclear weapons development…Iran should cease its nuclear escalations and return to negotiations toward full implementation” of the nuclear agreement”.
With Iranian supported Shiite militias continuing to attack US facilities in Iraq, where 2,500 US troops are located, and US bases in Syria, this report details, the worst nightmare come true for socialist leader Biden would see the Taliban combining forces with a nuclear armed Iran in the Middle East—would see for the first time in history Shiite and Sunni forces joining together to expel America entirely from the Middle East—is an historic goal Taliban leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar seeks to achieve, who yesterday stated: “Now comes the test…Now it’s about how we serve and secure our people and ensure their future”—saw Mullah Baradar forbidding his Taliban forces from interfering with the Shiite religious celebrations currently under way in Afghanistan—then saw Mullah Baradar declaring to the world that the Taliban was seeking “an Islamic system in which all people of the nation can participate without discrimination and live harmoniously with each other in an atmosphere of brotherhood”.
Security Council Members in this transcript note that after Mullah Baradar made this stunning declaration to heal the divisions between Shiite and Sunni Muslims, it saw Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid giving an official address to the world’s media—an address unlike socialist leader Biden’s the day prior, as this Taliban spokesman permitted and responded to the media questions asked of him—the first of which saw him being asked if the new Afghan Islamic government will honor freedom of speech, to which he replied: “This question should be asked of those people who pretend to be promoters of freedom of speech who do not allow publication of all information…I could ask Facebook company…This question should be asked of them”—and in whose address to the world now being censored in America saw this Taliban spokesman stating:
We would like to express our gratitude to almighty God for having brought us to this stage. I would like to thank God for giving freedom to this nation. The Islamic Emirate, after freedom of this nation is not going to seek revenge on anybody, we don’t have any grudges against anybody.
We have pardoned anyone, all those who had fought against us. We don’t want to repeat any conflict anymore again. We want to do away with the factors for conflict.
Therefore, the Islamic Emirate does not have any kind of hostility or animosity with anybody; animosities have come to an end and we would like to live peacefully. We don’t want any internal enemies and any external enemies.
We would like to assure that the areas where there are embassies, there will be complete security. Therefore all foreign countries and your representatives, your embassies, your missions, international organisations, aid agencies, I would like to assure you that we will not allow anybody to do anything against you. Your security is assured.
I would like to assure the international community, including the United States that nobody will be a harmed in Afghanistan. I would like to assure our neighbours, regional countries, we are not going to allow our territory to be used against anybody, any country in the world. So the whole global community should be assured that we are committed to these pledges that you will not be harmed in any way from our soil.
The issue of women is very important. The Islamic Emirate is committed to the rights of women within the framework of Sharia. Our sisters, our men have the same rights; they will be able to benefit from their rights. They can have activities in different sectors and different areas on the basis of our rules and regulations: educational, health and other areas. They are going to be working with us, shoulder to shoulder with us. The international community, if they have concerns, we would like to assure them that there’s not going to be any discrimination against women, but of course within the frameworks that we have. Our women are Muslim. They will also be happy to be living within our frameworks of Sharia.
Other countries also have different rules, different policies, different viewpoints, different approaches and policies they use and different rules and regulations. In the same way, Afghans also have the right to have their own rules and regulations and policies so that their advantage from the profit of the nation of the people, so that they’re in accordance with our values, so nobody should be worried about our norms and principles.
Once again I would like to assure the media, we are committed to media within our cultural frameworks.
Private media can continue to be free and independent, they can continue their activities – with some requests for the media.
One, is that Islam is a very important value in our country and nothing should be against Islamic values.
When it comes to the activities of the media therefore, Islamic values should be taken into account when it comes to the activities of the media, when it comes to developing your programmes.
Therefore, the media should be impartial. Impartiality of the media is very important.
They can critique our work, so that we can improve
The media should not work against national values, against national unity. When it comes to ethnic differences, religious differences and hostilities, they should not be actually promoted by the media, they should work on the country for the unity of the nation to have peaceful brotherly living together.
